Жыл бұрынSeason 3, Episode 10: The Kansas City Chiefs travel to Texas in Week 15 to take on the Houston Texans for a chance to win seven straight AFC West titles. The game goes into overtime but the Chiefs are able to pull out a win 30-24 thanks to a fumble recovery by Willie Gay Jr. and a long touchdown run by Jerick McKinnon. Rookie cornerback Trent McDuffie utilizes his day off to watch film and take notes on the upcoming opponent, the Seattle Seahawks. He reflects on his rookie year and prepares for the Chiefs Rookie Graduation. The graduation is also attended by the whole rookie class including George Karlaftis, Skyy Moore, Isiah Pacheco, and Bryan Cook. Winter weather strikes Kansas City as Christmas Eve falls on the Chiefs Kingdom. The Seattle Seahawks roll into GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium as the teams face-off in week 16. The Chiefs are victorious 24-10 due in part to incredible play by Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs defense who keep quarterback Geno Smith in check. Following the game Andy Reid is gifted a Christmas present of a double cheeseburger by Travis Kelce and the team. Trey Smith takes time this holiday season with his sister following the game and go to lunch at Fiorella’s Jack Stack Barbecue. This episode features music by @GRiZ.

Ok fanboys, relax here. The man is at the very least “contact-shy”, if not avoiding plays and contact altogether like Ward did. I mean the man’s putting ‘pen-to-paper’ like there’s something consistent he’s needing to focus on each game. I’m not worried about Duff getting duped in coverage, I’m worried about him taking-plays-off, or keep running down field to avoid an obvious run to his side. They had all this talk about him and I can’t even think of one “good tackle” , “good pursuit”, “good hit”, an “INT”, or even notable play. Watson is faster, and more consistent and isn’t afraid to take on the RB head on. Williams is our best CB on the team, the man is out to Boomstick someone. Watch the first (or 2nd) tackle agains the Bills TE, Williams took on the WR, hand shook the RB, then laid himself horizontal into the TE and popped him so good the guy double-checked to make sure that was the “CB” that just hit him. It was on the 12 yard line approx. Now all jokes aside, who else is doing that on the Chiefs let alone the NFL. I haven’t seen one play from Duff yet, but I can tell you from even when he does t make a play, how good a man is at CB. Duff will hopefully be someone who can get some INTs out there, bc other than that he won’t be making tackles boys.

@@zeitgeistrat Mcduffie is a lockdown corner in the making. His first year has been promising. Don’t be hater just recognize the talent. Sneed was just as good his first year just more of a ballhawk. He’s a rookie your take on taking plays off is irrelevant cause it ain’t true at all. He’s a rookie in a new scheme on a new team and holding his own every game. Watch the tape. The tick tacky penalties is just a product of the new NFL. He’s blown coverage one time this season for a touchdown. He will be a pro bowler soon mark my words. Playing DB is not all about INT it’s about good coverage and PBUs. INTs are what come with good coverage, instincts & good hands. No all DBs are great at catching the ball that’s why they play DB 😂 they are essentially WR that can not catch. That’s why most have good ball tracking skills

I love all Chiefs. From the rookies to the coaches, veterans and organization, the whole production crew, and of course all other parties dressed in the Kingdom's colors. GMBV really is running laps around the league on draft day. Trey Smith in the 6th. Pacheco in the 7th. Like they said in the video, we're gunning for a Super Bowl during a youth movement. That speaks volumes about the job the front office and coaching staff are doing.

I live for this series‼️ Back when we were 4-12 and had those seasons where we barely win 7 games, was tough as a Chiefs faithful fan. But now, I have grown somewhat spoiled and selfish. Expecting each season from now on to be always competing for a Lombardi trophy. I will forever be a Chiefs fan‼️ Go Chiefs. 🏹

Chiefs General Manager Brett Veach is one of the best GMs in the NFL and he’s not talked about enough. He is so good with the draft and player development of young guys. This team is getting a lot of impact from rookies on both sides of the ball. Great coaching staff

Every player featured in this series is one of a kind and together they make one of the greatest teams in the NFL. I have watched the Chiefs since I was 6 years old and through all the ups and downs, the past 7 years have been the best. I never wanted to be a Chiefs fan. I froze my tail off at Busch Stadium for several years as a child watching Big Red (that’s football Cardinals as opposed to the baseball Cardinals). I got married, had my first child, and worked in downtown St. Louis in 2000. Greatest show on turf for 3 years! I travel the state on the regular, but I’m not a KC sports fan. However, I heard about this guy in 2018 who was amazing. Haven’t looked back since.

A team can't win without great plying BIG guys on both side of the ball! Shout out to all the BIGS for the Chiefs we watch you and see when you do your thing, popping open a hole for the running back or keeping Mahomes clean to the BIGS on the D line stopping the run, getting to the QB or eating a double team so someone else can get to the runner or QB. Hates off to the BIGS!!!! They don't get enough love from the fan base.

Mitch Schwartz was my favorite Chief's lineman in SB 54. Played great, whole game. To have him praise Mr. Smith's play is noteworthy - as if the films of Trey didn't speak for themselves. They'd impress the blind!
