This is the last video of a 1987 suzuki lt80 that was put out for junk bulk trash day. it sat out in the woods for 30 years and it shows. lets see if we can bring it back to rideable condition again, again cheap.

@@netrioter picked up a suzuki king quad 300 for free because it was siezed and stuck in gear back in January. Used my best mustie1 powers and had it running in about a hour. But the body was trashed.(I think it was, rolled) Found another one on line that had good body panels but no spark for $150. No spark no power to the starter nothing worked except the headlights. Got a new starter and solinoid. Still wouldn't turn over. Jumped the starter and found a big hole in the oil cooler. I quit there and changed everything over to the other one. That one now looks great and runs great. I did put the dead one back together for resale or maybe I'll try again later to get it going since it only has 2000 miles on it half what the other one has. It's something electrical but not my area of expertise I'm baffled. But man does it haul azz

Great to see it brought back to life. This little Suzuki brings back such good memories. Christmas of '92 my siblings and I were surprised (ok shocked) when Santa left us a '92 Suzuki LT80. It was white and blue and looked just like this one, but a four stroke. We had a ton of fun with that four wheeler over the years and were definitely the coolest kids in the neighborhood. For plastic cracks repair try using use fiberglass mesh as reinforcement on the back side. You can find rolls of 2" wide mesh for wall cracks patching in hardware stores, it's very cheap like 5 bucks or so. It's very strong but also somewhat pliable, easy to trim with normal scissors, doesn't melt and bonds very well with the plastic. You can bury it into the meld with the soldering iron and/or pour some epoxy glue on top of it, it's quite easy to work with.

At first clean the broken piece then stick it from the face by aluminium tape then put your steel grille on backside of broken piece then by ( soldering Iron) plant steel grille in the plastic and at the end put Epoxy above the area to make the area smooth to avoide any sharp area or hurtful area.

Good heavens. Not one person in a million (no exaggeration) would have the combined skill sets required to do what you did across these three videos. Very enjoyable to watch as you overcame one issue after another .
