To fix the problem, first you need to remove the door trim. After removing the door trim, it turned out that the problem was related to the cable that connects the outer door handle to the door lock. The cable lengthened over time and could not pull the door lock. I had to replace the external handle with a new one or repair the cable.
After adjusting the cable, the BMW E53 X5 door began to open normally from the outside.

После регулировки троса дверь БМВ Е53 Х5 стала нормально открываться снаружи.
