I have one of these, but never pick it up anymore... I loved my XH2S, but am currently using a Canon R6 M2. Great stuff you're making dude!

Thank you, I really appreciate it. I love my x-h2s as well. To be honest man, that canon r6 mkii look like a beast. I watched some reviews on it and love the image you can get out of it and it does ProRes Raw as well. I love how powerful our cameras are getting.

You forget the lumix S5, thats also the cheapest camera can shot raw via atomos, full frame, both great photo & videos.

I wonder whether the X-T50 will better the X-S20? Apparently it'll have IBIS AND the 40MP sensor. No idea on the price yet but surely it'll compete with the X-S20?

You’re more than welcome. Thank you so Much for watching the video. The ProRes Raw is 12-Bit and the dynamic range of The X-S20 is 13 stops. The DR is solely based on what the camera can put out

Hello friend! I have an XS20 and a Viltrox 33mm, in some tests I noticed that my videos in "S" mode, shutter priority, the change in exposure from dark to light environments keeps pulsing in a strange way, not being smooth as it should be. Could you please tell me if this happens with other lenses or just with this Viltrox 33mm lens, or would it be a problem with the XS20?

Hello my friend, I think it’s only the lens. Viltrox had issues with exposure stepping in their early batches of their lens set. They had to fix it over firmware. Sadly I don’t have my Viltrox lenses anymore so I can’t tell you if it’s a consistent issue or not.

should i buy this or wait for the XT50? i want a good ibis for handheld video and sooc pictures but is the XT50 going to be worse in video specs?

It may be worst but we won’t know until the x-summit sadly. If you can wait 2 more weeks, I would do that but if not, definitely get the xs20

@@JaymesMedia i will wait but even with that i can't decide if i should get the XS20 or the sony A6700 i want sooc film sims but also record handheld cinematic video, a6700 seem the best for video because there is a good stabilization and even gyro data that xs20 doesnt have

Does the 6k raw has more DR than 6k 10 bit Flog?

Raw video doesn’t work like that, Raw video captures all of the information that the cameras provide. It’s like capturing a raw photo. It’ll capture all of the dynamics range without compromise but give you more bit depth 12-Bit, more control of your image in the camera raw tab. While a log profile is really good to have, it’s more like a very high quality jpeg.

@@JaymesMedia Hi, Thanks for the explanation. Actually I want to get this or the A6700. But could not find out which can give me more room for highlight and shadow recovery like I do during processing a raw photo. People are saying for internal recordings 6700 has more DR with slog3 than xs20 flog. But with Pro res raw if i can get more room for recovery then I will go for this as my main use will be for landscapes with deep darks and bright sky. And i want to get the best results in these situations. What will you suggest?
