A more clever option for marking a path in the stronghold could have been to mark all incorrect doors with just stone bricks but mark the correct doors with mossy and/or cracked stone bricks. It could be suspicious, but less noticeable.

Honestly all you have to do is scout out a world and then play it normally and splice it. Or manipulate the code so the seed is the same every time. Could even livestream loading the world that way.
