I somewhat agree. Its great that all 4 top guys of the CF teams are 26 or younger. The NBA desperately needs fresh blood on top. BUT history has shown, the NBA needs dynasties to get better ratings. The last time the league had this kind of parity (the 70's) they nearly went bankrupt. And the current vierwer numbers reflect that as well. So lets hope that one of those teams can become a true dynasty team and reach the finals (and win championships) in consecutive years. Cause that is still needed for interest.

The thing is, the wolves can show Doncic two and still have the athleticism and length to rotate and close out. We saw in that game 7 that when Ant isn’t having a great game as a scorer he can still be unbelievably impactful as an on-ball defender and passer (Murray had 7 points the whole second half). They still have NAW and Order (McDaniels) to play point of attack defence as well. This team is built like the 04 Pistons, just so many options defensively that the offence doesn’t HAVE to be fantastic every night to win.

The same is true for Dallas. Thats the point. People jus do not get how good this Dallas defense is since the deadline. They were 1st in DRtg over the last 20 reg Season games (while resting all starters in 2 of those), the Clippers ORtg was 7 points lower (118.8 vs 111.8) in the PO series against the mavs compared to the reg season. The Thunder ORtg was also over 6 points worse (119.5 vs 113.4). This will be a defensive battle. I dont think we will see a lot of (if any) 115+ PPG outings by any team. It will mostly come down to late game execution, and Dallas was the best Clutch team this reg Season. So I have the Mavs win in 7, if Maxi comes back early and healthy (I doubt it) maybe in 6.

@@Smido83 dallas has been playing small teams without a legit big until minny so they are out winning them... But with the wolves, I don't think gafford and pj can just suddenly outmatch gobert and kat, and naz reid off the bench can run with them dallas bigs so it will be an interesting series nonetheless.... I'll go with the wolves in 7

The thing is, in the playoffs, the starters tend to play more and that is why what happens in regular season doesn’t matter. I mean most of the star players on these teams are averaging more than 40 minutes per game in the playoffs.

Last 5 minutes of 4th quarter + overtime were exciting to watch. Tatum came up big a few times getting us into OT and nailed a couple big shots. Did look like this can end up being a pretty competitive series after watching most of the game. We'll see when/ how important getting KP back proves to be.

From the nuggets lost that bench I knew that’d play a major factor in a long run in the playoffs because it matters, having a decent backup for Jokic to get rest, and consistent role players off the bench, losing Jeff green and Bruce brown was huge

As a Thunder fan that game 6 especially was hard to watch, the rebounding was unacceptably bad. Thunder need a legit big man, even if Chet is a rookie being 7 foot and only securing 3 rebounds is just bad, hope we push for a big man next season.
