Can it be true that there is a cure for HIV now or scam?

The cure is only possible through stem cell replacement so far. There's been 6 people who got cured like that. Stem cell replacement is very dangerous apparently and costly. There also seems to be a new way other than stem cell, which is CRISPR. But even with all this it is possible that the exact cure won't be up until 10 or 15 years more
