All of it sounds so exciting. I hope this is just a tester year, and going forward we'll be able to include Australia, South America, and eventually China once they can get the licensing together. I especially want to see South America get some limelight after how interesting they were during the World Cup; Spain didnt make it to the big stage for no reason. Seeing how passionate latin fans can be for the VCT, its just another avenue Overwatch Esports can capitalize on. I am so excited for this new direction, and the fact that it's so soon. I can't wait!

That's amazing news. I guess the contenders teams will take part in the regional tournaments. With Saudi World Cup on the sidelines as well as a new Overwatch World Cup it could be something great.
