I want a disasters pack. I'll never get it. But I want storms that make Sims have to STAY indoors even visitors, a zombie apocalypse, an alien invasion (like 4 sim hours of an alien zapping your Sims moods down with powers or probes or something, chasing them around the lot), toad rain that makes your lot slimy, eclipses that make your sims feel scared, Claire the Bear comes and eats your garbage and makes your lot messy. I want FUNNY, interesting crap to randomly just happen that I have to deal with. I WANT CHALLENGE NOT EASY STREET.

I know it's entirely too ambitious but god I wish they'd do an update to the traits in game and give sims some sort of actual personality where you can differentiate one sim from the next

I want anything for Elder Sims a whole stuff pack for just stuff for elders to do, wear, and old-timey retro furniture. I would love my elders to be able to have canes, vintage clothes, scold their kids on how they parent, babysit their grandkids, play bingo, give out those old hard candies, elder pacific aspirations and treats, and more winkles

I miss the burglar and the imaginary friends. Both creeped the hell out of me but i love them! Imagine having a creepy doll that comes to life and depending on their traits they either insult you or are a really good friend 😂 i find it hilarious. I miss TS3 genie too. I want weird things in game. TS1 was SO WEIRD and that was what made it fun to play, TS2 and TS3 too. I miss the doctor that visited sims in TS2 when they were having a meltdown 😂 what happened to all the fun npcs 😢

I want an elderly pack so bad! I want lots of elder-looking clothing and canes and maybe walkers with those tennis balls on the feet of them. Also a bingo night would just be so fun for all ages. Right now I just have my elders in sewing and bowling and gardening clubs.

Honestly I’d like more active careers, it’d be really nice to go to the other careers we have on the list.

I'd really like a pottery stuff pack. So you could make pottery and be able to decorate the items themselves and put flowers in them. It should include the process of making too. The pottery wheel, drying, kiln and painting and glazing plus a new radio player and radio station playing slow jams with rain in the background.

I would love to have a new life stage that is “middle-aged”. A stage where your sim starts thinking about retirement, hobbies they want to pursue, and spending time with grandkids (if they have any). Just something between adult and elders because the “adult” life stage is too broad.

An elder resort homes. They could have golf carts, shuffle board, craft and exercise classes, mini movie theater. It could integrate so well with other packs. Add canes, walkers, wheelchairs (not just for elders)

I'm always very hesitant to get any packs... but if they release a WORKING band pack, I don't think I'll be able to resist. Hope it adds a bass guitar...

Bands could be similar to clubs, where you could click the button to gather at the band's practice spot where you could set each sim's role in the band, the band's name, genre, band name, practice songs, songs you wrote, or generic ones. Sim bands could gather for gigs at clubs and lounges, and then play together, that way they'd automatically play the same song together. Maybe use the bandstand to place the necessary instruments for each role, then click on the bandstand and select get in place, so each sim would automatically go to their instrument or microphone, and then, if you have a song practiced, you can select it and play together by clicking on the bandstand again.

I don’t think a band pack is feasible. Having a club and having them all paint is one thing, having one singer, a lead guitar, another guitar, a bass and a drummer would be just too much. I’d like to see a superstar idol pack instead. Like, why do we have the singing skill, but we can’t be a famous singer? I want an idol sim, thank you. I really want bands. They could easily implement it in the way they did groups. Your sim and their band members would be a part of a group and then you could have the whole group play a certain song. You should also be able to assign certain sims to play a certain instrument in the same way you can assign sims to beds.

I think a band gameplay could work in a similar way to karaoke. Like you could click on the stand, select band members in a similar way to events (pianist, drummer, singer, guitarist etc) and you can play pre-made songs together

I still want a Fashion Designer Pack for Sims. Similar to Animal Crossing new Horizon, where you can paint on clothes. Then clothes for all ages and you can paint on them or put photos on them and use other pre-made items. Then there's a free update where you can create your own styles that you can use at any time. Plus you can set which randomly generated townies wear them. This set is for vampires this one only for teenagers etc

Honestly id be fine with a music stuff pack or game pack. I just want more instruments drums, cello,clarinet, harp, trombone and theres so many instruments they could add and they could have a rabbit hole music carreer or it can be a carrer like acting where we go to a secret lot and perform. I just mainly want more instruments so i could make more diverse musicians i dont need bands i just need more avenues to pursue for my musicians. It doesn't need a world just a secret lot added to base game or an object stage like satch showed.

personally, i would love to have something for infant, toddler, children and teenager. I want things only teenager can do because i feel they are to similar to adult, just something to make them different, i just want them to be unique. For the other life stages, i want more toys and interaction (also clothes), even milestones! i would love to see some new toys for toddlers and infant, they feel so boring but i love playing with families! edit : i also do want something for elders, like clothes that fit the elder style because i never know how to dress them up, but also things they could do because other then retirement, i don't know what to do with them!

I definitely think bands could be a game pack so they're a little bit more fleshed out, compared to a stuff pack. Cause if they were an expansion pack, let's be honest, it'll be the same thing as Get Famous (Which should have had bands to begin with but oh well). I'd like to see different instrument variety than what we have because the disappointment I felt seeing an electric guitar, and it sounds like an acoustic guitar... unmeasurable. I really thought the guitar from the werewolves pack would have been electric cause of how it looked and the whole theme of the pack was grungy/rocker. So if a bands pack is in the future, it MUST have suitable looking and sounding instruments for bands who preform songs like metal/rock. Cause at the moment, every band you can metaphorically make in TS4; is an indie, cozycore pop band, regardless of their attire/theme.

The Golden Years mod features have a lot of great concepts for an elders pack. There's lots of new content and gameplay like senior centers with activities for seniors as well as a bunch of aspirations for elders.

I'd like a Careers Pack. Active careers like Barber Shops and Hair Salons, Tattoo Parlors, Daycares, Dog Grooming Salons, etc... I'd also like more Hidden Worlds to find and visit.

I agree an elder pack with elder gameplay is really needed. When my sims get to elder i usually either kill them or age down because there is nithing to do with them.

Even the pre-release patch broke our games. You forgot the DJ stations from City Living. From mods, I also have : Lute, harp, a drum set, cello, and oboe.

I would really like it if they brought back pool slides and maybe pool waterfalls? (Although you can kind of make pool waterfalls already) How cool would it be if we had a volleyball net for the pool (there's actually one in the Sims FreePlay). I could think of a lot of things that could be added to make the pools more fun. In my opinion, the pools are just another thing in The Sims 4 that feel so boring, Of course, realistically they'll never be that ambitious, but pool slides seem like a possible thing they would do. There is a mod that does a good job at trying to make a pool slide, but I just wish we had a real pool slide.

If they did a bands pack they’d find some way to break all the musical instruments in game so I’d be happy to have no more Sims 4 DLC.

I miss how much more content we used to have in the previous sims games. You could be a singer or a model, or we'd have zombies and fairies. Basically the stuff packs we wish for are things that were already featured in expensions back in the Sims 3

I’d like more servos and robots. It was really cool making the different types of robots you could in TS3, and changing the colours etc.

A band pack was my wish since I first played Sims 4, I actually created a Hippie commune with all kinds of musicians including a Beach Boys copy who, sadly, all had to do their own solo stuff. I think it should be quite possible, the Sims team has managed to synchronice other animations like dancing, so why not a band. And the main argument: Bethesda did it in their horrible Fallout 76 - if they were able to do it it should be a nothingburger for Maxis. The only problem would be creating new songs, which means an actual investment, so... no chance. As they have made blatantly obvious with the ingame shopping card - they are in desperate need for money and in no position to invest in music. (and oooh yes I'm so pi**ed about the cart I haven't started the game anymore since it's inclusion and have no real will anymore. Either I find a mod to remove it or it might mean finally being able to play my Steam pile of shame).

I know with Sims 3 (I think)Generations elder sims have the option to use a cane to walk with. Two walk styles you were able to choose from with the cane. That'll be nice to have for the Sims 4.

If I was going to make a Disney pack for the Sims 4, I would theme it around actually going to amusement parks. Starlight Valley is all about living in a magical world where iconic Disney characters are your neighbors. If EA borrowed the rabbit hole rides from High School Years, rabbit hole shows, added a few food stands, souvenir stands, and some vacation properties to stay at, it could work. The added careers could be customer service, ride attendant, etc. It unfortunately would be completely logical to make the world a vacation world and add it as a game pack at least. I would push to add some housing, maybe based on those model communities Walt wanted, and you have a pack. The concept is different enough that it wouldn’t be competing with Starlight Valley but still be all Disney.

In my small town which is popular for retirement, common elder hobbies that aren't in the game yet are prospecting with a metal detector, hiking, and birdwatching. Imagine a pack not specifically elder focussed with a town set in the woods, and there are rabbithole entryways to the forests on the edges like Sims Medieval, and you could get quest cards but then also pop out at a different entryway after a few hours because you've travelled. Metal detectors can help you uncover collectables including brand new Lost Things, some which can sell for a lot of money and others which are junk. And there could be an introduction of birds as pets, as well as wild birds which you can find by birdwatching and maybe adopt. The birds could also be trained like Medieval birds to go hunting or searching for something- especially crows. This would be amazing hobby gameplay additions as well as add more pet variety. And then the clothing could be centered on something more old timey so it suits elders. Maybe something that can seem hipster on younger Sims like heavier knitwear, tweed, floral prints, casual one piece dresses and plaid.

Sims in sims 4 don't even eat dinner at the same time. I found a sort of round about way to make a band. I created a club of only people with musical knowledge. It wasn't perfect but since I don't play with sound I could pretend it worked

The solution for the hotel’s situation is just to tie the disney concept to it. Make it more like a vacation pack at a sim disney park and then make the park like a rabbit hole or whatever ya call it (only cuz ea lazy af) so they dont have to animate rollercoasters or whatever.

It’s such a shame that dine out is so broken because that would have been such a fun pack. I didn’t even bother buying it. A bands pack would be awesome too. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get sims doing things at the same time when the clubs feature with get together works SO well at least for me. Get together is one of my favorite packs not just for the huge world but also because finally I can get groups of sims to do things together with minimal to no issues. You can even get them playing instruments together if you set that as your only club activity and have a room with a lot of instruments.

Bruh a Grimm Reaper pack would be absolutely awesome after seeing a lot of people bring Grimm into these goofy scenarios if the game wasn't so *("LANKEY")* like imagine this Grimm is supposedly going into retirement [Not Fully] and is trying to find someone to take his place, he goes out side like a hired table looking for someone but all the townies that are in game don't want to like 'Naw ah', and Grimm is almost given up entirely until your sim decides "I'm bored I need a job I need money' so Grimm hired your sim and now your the new Grimm, you can be a good Reaper like just pick up sims that had died talk them through it and show them there is nothing to be afraid of, or a bad reaper were YOU kill them in some silly ways or even tamper with there items to do it faster with new ghost, items I think could be a mix between (Goth/Punk/Emo) those themes fit well with Grimm the most infants & toddlers can have a plushy or inflatable grimm weapon scythe thing and a actually hoodie we're you are not bald, pets can also be in this pack as well with a few clothes and features. Furniture I have no idea I'm not a furniture designer but something that wasn't already in game maybe 1 or 2 but not the entire thing, like a wall paper rug or door with a creepy skeleton skull design on it. Even a Grimm statue. Shoot a rainbow color skin kit would be goofy like the already green red and blue skin tone we already have but add some other colors and patterns like a glitter sim a polkadot sim, IDK ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ ive got nothing else. Edit: also Grimm could have two clothing choices one that every sim has but one were you pick one for the random deaths like the time Grimm was wearing a skuba mask when someone drowns like dress for the supposed random deaths.

An elder pack that came with a "retirement town" world would be cool, it could have a nursing home, a lawn bowls club, and there could be an antique system where instead of just "selling" them in build/buy, you put them in your inventory and get them "appraised", and there could be an antique shop and an inheritance system, and porcelain dolls as a collectible (I know people of all ages collect them but it's a good one for elder sims, plus the dolls could function as both toys and decor BUT they can break very easily from child sims playing with them, dependind on the traits, plus they could go up in value as your sim ages)

I love the idea of more chore types. At this point, the stuff packs feel more in-depth than the expansion packs. Stuff pack ideas Hobbies - similar to free time. A whole hobbies expansion id rush to buy. This could include more skills specific. An expansion to art, 3D/ 4D printing, diamond painting, bigger painting like the size of the wall murals. Ik you can size paintings up but is not the same. Allow kid to gain skiing skill and the other 2 from snowy escape when they’ve maxed skills. Pottery. If there was enough options , like as many as options as the jewellery pack had. Making functionable objects -such as bowls, vase, loads of decorative pieces , This would be amazing. Kids could use it but only teens+ could put it in the kiln. Construction pack - similar to woodworking, but way more objects and designs. It would like be a revamp of the woodwork table. The highest level could make like a mini wooden home for kids to play in, similar to the play tent. They could make so many wooden objects. Basically the amount of objects in th3 new jewellery pack. Playground pack - bringing back old favourites like the one in sims 1, and the sims 3. I think someone has don3 a mod with those in sims 3 but would be good to have in game. The game tag for kids, the classic cops and robbers which they had in sims 2, Swimming pack - could include Marco Polo as a game for the kids, I would love variations of kid slides! Even sims 2 if I remember had these. More things to do in the pool, wave machine.. an actual shallow end. Could be u have to teach kids how to swim( which is a feature) but before they could go in the deeper end. A very high diving board, which could bring a sim fearful or excited depending on if they had a careful or careless trait Chores - Cooking for kids, but limited options.. any cold food they could make. Maybe a different mesh so cutlery used is plastic. Be able to prep ingredients Be able to make icecream# ( they may already be able to) To be able to gain the cooking skill. They can gain the fishing skill so why not cooking when they’ve maxed out I think kids can be taught to cook by their parents would be cool. If there taught then they have a quicker cooking related skills by 35 percent. An icecream parlour maybe! Just like the one in sims1 but customisable. An in between of the icecream in kitchen stuff pack , get to work, and home chef hustle. Just a few ideas that I’d love in the game

I find it ironic stuff packs used to be the bane of sims 4 but now its the only packs making Sims 4 borderline interesting....ep has been a let down since cottage living. Game packs is in a weird spot right now as the newest stuff packs might as well be the current game packs considering paranormal and tiny living offer better gameplay value than half of the game packs

retirement homes, able to work or live at retirement homes, you should be able to go there for work play games, take care of the elders, etc. A gameplay concept like get to work where you can physically work or you can rabbit hole work.

I would love an elder centric pack, I feel like they could have done more with the community center in Growing Together, honestly. Have a bingo hall/night set up like Prom/Starlight Accolades, set up events like senior group trip to the museum or the park, where it's set up like a festival but there's primarily other elders there. Also add in things like wills and maybe even funerals, actual retirement homes, etc. Add an option where if your sim moves out and their parents are still alive when they become elders, they call asking your sim to move back or let them move in to help take care of them. Also would love some elder themed interactions, like being able to talk to other Sims about 'back in their day', if you're a few generations into a legacy save, maybe they could talk about family history with the grandkids, etc.

I think the bands could work if it is basically the get together system. With it you can easily and very quickly get several sims to meet - wherever you are you just click "start gathering" AND you can even pick outfits for the club. Since you can pick a logo for the club you could have a band logo, maybe the people in the crowd could start wearing shirts with the logo on it like merch? And instead of the Dos and Donts you pick an instrument (including singing) for each sim in the club/band. Clubs even have different levels which unlock stuff, but instead of club points it should be simoleons of course. And on this stage object you could click "start performing as band" or something and then it spawns whatever instruments your band needs. Maybe there could even be different genres to pick from? So I do think it could work well and it even could have been part of get together. But well, its sims, we'll probably not ever get this lmao just like cars

I have a vague memory of bands being done in TS2. If I'm remembering correctly, it worked like when you have Sims play "Wake the Llama." You select who you want to play with and then they start. In the case of the band, you would select which instrument they would play. If they were selected to play piano, but they had no piano skill, they sucked. If they were good at singing, they would sing well...but you had to know what people's skills were to make the performance successful.

For elders I want a kick the bucket life goal. Like discover there true wants before they die. Learn a new skill, travel, have grandchildren ect. At the moment I just move onto my next sims in line when the parents become elders

the next stuff pack i want is a pack that fixes the bugs and general problems in the sims, like someone stopping you from a mile away to talk to you, and general pathing issues that are getting worse and worse.

I'd like a theme park pack / circus pack, that pier in HSY was okay but could be way better with a more focused pack. BUT I'd throw money at an elders pack. They could add a retirement home lot trait, cane walkstyle, cross pack play with GTW with losing eyesight, needing a hearing aid, etc, preparing a will, a cruise rabbithole, new stamp collection and scrapbooking as activities (which could be a good way to utilize that photo memory system in game that I always forget about) and not elder specific but I miss that model train from TS2 and TS3 and if they just themed the pack around "Back in My Day" they could even add newspapers and magazine subscriptions, and cutting coupons,

The band stand is good. You can have some outdoor ones and indoor stages. It would probably work like playing games/doing puzzles.

I would like to see the base game get a major update. For example, mixing new build items with older build items looks terrible, create a sim items as well. Also to be able to own multiple homes.

If they ever did a Disney Pack, I truly believe it would just involve clothing for Create-A-Sim. Even then I think only three dresses would be available 😂 I don't know how they'll implement gameplay though maybe by having a Disney centric aspiration or trait? Idk lol

With the Disney theme pack, I'm honestly surprised they haven't done a theme park pack. The world could be a theme park that Sims can teavel to, with different rides to place down with in the world like a carousel, the teacups, a rollercoaster, etc. Disney also used to have arcades in the park, it could be a cool way to add pinball machines to the game.

i want a true fleshed out vacation pack. not a “rental lot” here and there but meaningful interactions that the sims 3 had with island paradise. maybe even a career like a hotel owner.

You could definitely combine the band and tattoo concepts to make a punk band pack- like the underground subway section of the urbz.
