James is so much fun. I keep watching his great moments. For people who think he’s conceited, smug, or whatever they’re taking him too seriously. He’s a goof and he loves it.

Definitely. You can tell by how he immediately goes to congratulate his opponents and speaks so highly of them that it's all an act. He's a huge wrestling fan so he's probably excited to be able to play a heel.

Ken Jennings uncovered many more Daily Doubles than James to beat him. You need to watch the GOAT tournament or you would have known this. Here's Ken own words: “I feel like I got away with one last time I got to play that guy,” Ken said when asked if he would want a rematch against James Holzhauer, referring to the 2020 Greatest of All Time Tournament where Ken came in first. “He is the best Jeopardy! player of his generation and I can’t believe I skated away with a win."

WOW, James played AWESOMELY in the quarterfinal games in the tournament and except for one game, James played AWESOMELY in the semifinal games, and I was surprised that James won the game and Mattea had a runaway game in the second part of the final and despite not winning, Mattea played AWESOMELY as well, and it was an AWESOME tournament!

Had Mattea made the right wager she could have won the entire tournament - - JUST by sweeping that one final game. And given how James dominated the entire competition, that wouldn't have felt right - to lose the entire tournament just by the misfortune of having ONE OFF GAME - which happened to be the final! The finals format is so ill conceived - it can make the best player lose it all just by being off or maybe unlucky on one very particular time. And we know that "even the best fall down sometimes" so goes a song. I like Mattea. I would have been happy had she won the tourney. But James is such a deserving winner.

Mattea had so much confidence on James she did not doubt even for a second he'd get the FJ right, hence the wager of $5,915. If only she let her instinct took over and assumed that since Jame's game is exceptionally way, way off and that the FJ would certainly be very tough then there is a chance he'd miss it. I was really, really hoping she'd wager only $3,685. But then yes of course, she know James more than anyone else having played alongside him for several games. She knew better. But if only ....

An apt vid title in which to place this comment. Here goes: Hey Jeopardy! How are ya? Firstly, thank you for this show which I have come to appreciate in the past couple of years! Sincerely. Further, in light of this newish found appreciation, I bear a grievance. Why are full new episodes not posted? Why am I able to obtain any drivel from network television ad nauseum via KZfaq, but not the one show not merely wanted by me but verily needed for the masses? Should we not be encouraging the nation, nay the world, to not only learn but more importantly to value and enjoy it? A light that shines all the brighter against an ever encroaching backdrop of celebrated inanity and shameless sensationalism should be available to all and sundry. Shine, I say.
