I swear I can relate to that ghost and sleep paralysis thing.. I genuinely believe ghost give me sleep paralysis.. now let me enlighten you , I have never had a sleep paralysis when I sleep inside my room , now specifically , I have to sleep with a towel/blanket/or whatever and put it on my face so when I sleep , I can't see anything , by doing that it make me feel safe and protected cuz I can't see things and I never get sleep paralysis anymore after that.. what I mean by 'after that' is I used to not have my own room , so I have to sleep on the floor with 'futon'/ 'japanese blanket' or whatever it's name is.. yeah that's when I have sleep paralysis very often , I sleep at the second living room at my house , I still don't own a house btw and I'm living with my family and parents still.. I have 4 siblings and they are older than me , that's why I used to not have my own room back then.. back to the story , I get sleep paralysis very often back then cuz the second living room is not used that often , like people will only be there at day time and rarely even there , most of my family members enjoy the first living room better and they hangout there pretty often.. so the second living room is kinda abandon.. that's why I believe it's a bit haunted.. my sisters said they see something there in the past and my brother in law also experience paranormal activity there.. so yeah.. after I got and move to my own room cuz my sisters got married and move out , I still have sleep paralysis like maybe the ghost follow me or something , so that's when I use the method of putting something on my face like towel while I'm sleeping so I can't see anything , that's when I stopped having sleep paralysis.. after years of not having sleep paralysis , I finally got into college (when there's no covid) and I live there for like months as a student and only came home like twice or once , after years , then that one night , I'm alone , all of my roommates gone home for semester break (I have 3 roomates) , I'm also going home but its the next day , my parents will come and take me , so I spend that one day alone in that room.. when I'm about to sleep , I feel uneasy and kinda scared I'm alone and that's when I got sleep paralysis , but thank god it's a short one , I struggled so hard and as hard as I can and manage to break it , it happened because there's nothing on my face closing my eyes so I thought that's why , after that I take a towel and sleep peacefully till morning.. and pack my stuff and leave , I swear I still feel uneasy.. well what I don't explain is , there's actually a lot of people still in that dorm but not as many cuz everyone on my course go home , so the only people that don't go home is degree people , I'm in foundation at that time. And there's actually something called 'house' at my college , each house have 4 room , each room have 4 people and you get the rest.. 3 of my roommates went home and there's still my housemates , it's just not like I'm gonna run to them lmao 😂 so I just handle everything quietly.. and I'm not very close to them , so yeah no bother
