He likes to produce his own beats sometimes and since he doesn't know that much about music theory he needs a musician who actually knows how to compose a proper arrangement, and they're credited as writers. But Eminem is the sole writer of his lyrics/verses. Plus, if they even use another artists sample even if it's a split second or use one of their lines they have to credit them. For example, Kendrick Lamar is credited on Eminem's 'The Greatest.' because Eminem used his cadence and line when he says "Revival didn't go viral" making a Humble reference Also I know Wayne def uses ghosts but I forgive him due to the fact that his brain is so fried he can barely even remember his own bars lmao
