Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I'm not, but I've eaten different cured meats. So, I kind of understand it. Certain flavors become overwhelming once you eat so much. Sometimes even things that a pretty good initially. But you can only eat so much and have to stop.

I have had one of these for my 40th birthday instead of a cake (shared it I might add) and my god, it was THE BEST pork pie I've ever had. I don't know how they manage to maintain the quality at this scale but they do. Hands down the best you can get - and I've had a LOT of pies in my time.

It's just minced meat. In fact it looks like it contains very little or no pork fat.. isn't that a good thing?

Absolutely amazing, how on earth did you finish that?! That to me looked like your hardest challenge yet! ps. what do you keep saying before you start eating (starting watching vids 2 weeks ago going from new to old watched about 30 so far) My missus thinks its "Lets get it" which I also see in comments but to me it sounds like you say "whos scoop" or "whoscrew" :') haha. I NEED TO KNOW!
