Idk, why would they go to so much trouble to stuff those claims or mussels or what ever they are. The one part of each one, where she cuts opens and there are more pearls, that's a lot of nasty gunk to pick through. Sometimes I think you are right, they are fake, but then I think, that's a lot of trouble for a video.

And I one more question? Do they just throw away the shells with the meat in them? Or dontheybeat it?

@@sallydattoli2143 G'day they go to the trouble because people believe them ( ? ) and they get subscribers and they get paid for views and subscribers... in essence, it is all about money. If you are not sure - take a screen shot of the coloured pearls down to your local museum or a science teacher at a local school, this may give you more clarity - that is of course, if you are interested enough. 😁

This really appears to be fake and also pretty disturbing in my opinion . I hope these clams or mussels are fake too and not being killed and wasted

@@jeffersonschanel9896 I am absolutely certain they are fake pearls. Pearls will always be the colour of the nacre (the shiny stuff inside the shell). the queen conch is pink inside as such the pearls are pink. And over 55 years of collecting shells and studying conchology. Yes they're fake.
