I've seen a few games and I don't see how is he the problem. And not even that wins the fans over. They still trash him because he don't respect the bald manager if we can call him that. ETH is not even top 20, worldwide. And he is Man U's coach. Think about it. It's crazy. Club spends so much money everywhere but can't get a decent coach. My respect and love for this football player is a whole lot stronger than before. Well done Cristiano for finding the strength and the power to break your silence and call things out as they are at United. They have underused him, have held a gun to his head by denying him the right to leave in the summer and during this season and they absolutely took the p*** by disrespecting him further and his family in general by showing lack of compassion when his family were mourning the loss of one of their future new members of their family and when one of them were seriously ill. Its time for Ronaldo to walk away from this club that he served for 6 years and finally find some happiness. United do not deserve to have him after what they have done. I stand with the 🐐 regardless.

No, it is not his ego getting in the way! In terms of achievements, the best 3 football managers in the past 3 decades have had nothing but praise for Cristiano Ronaldo (Alex Ferguson, Carlo Ancelotti and Zidane) and they have described him as the best trainer they have ever seen 😀 They knew how to use a World Class player without relegating him to the bench and making him a second fiddle player unlike whats happening to him right now . Its like what Zlatan said about Guardiolo- 'You buy a Ferrari and drive it like a Fiat.' The manager has a GOAT in the team and doesn't really know how to use him. Facilities have remained the same since 17 years ago and you have to question the transactions in the transfer windows since CR7 came back to United lol CR7 is a real serial winner and only the true legendary coaches and managers know this and got the most out of him. And people who use ageism against him is just utter rubbish. He is a man in his late 30s with a body of someone in their late 20s. It is not coincidence that he was the highest goal scorer for Manchester United last season and the third highest goal scorer in the Premier League last season as well. You have a Rolls Royce??? Well then don't drive it like a Renault! The players in the squad look upto him and even use the Siuuuu celebration in tribute to CR7 but the manager and the people above the manager don't realise what kind of a weapon they have until it will go away. Now I believe CR7 did this interview in order to release all his frustrations and anger (call it catharsis) so that he can focus on the World Cup.

He was wrong about doing it this way but he’s right. He needs to learn at Man Utd there will be criticism. Maguire gets it, AWB, Rashford. As a Father I get the part about them not respecting his family issues. How he spoke of Ten Hag isn’t fair at all. Ten Hag has suffered in results just by playing Ronaldo knowing he don’t fit the system or add to the squads morale on the field. If Fergie did this he wouldn’t say anything so I believe he doesn’t respect Ten Hag’s pedigree as a coach either. We’re rebuilding togetherness on the pitch and this only solidified many fans point about him being mercenary. Speak out that’s fine but against the current manager, who’s trying to settle in, it isn’t helpful to anyone other than him. Let’s no forget Jorge Mendes didn’t dismiss the rumours of his exit.. in fact he spent the whole summer trying to find a club and walked out during ongoing matches.

This is what the entire interview should have been about. How the club is run. Not bury everyone because he has personal issues with the manager and critics. The domino effect this will have on the dressing room is something he should have considered before doing this interview. Attempting to bury Ronaldo is something ETH could have done too, but he don't wanna loose the dressing room like the managers before him. Ronaldo did the opposite by going public with it.

The annoying part of the interview is when he said he has no respect for the coach. He lost me at that point. I've engaged many supporters of Ronaldo. Til now none of them have told me what he hoped to achieve by granting this interview Is he trying to turn the fans against the coach? Is he trying to excuse himself for his bad attitude? Before you support him just ask yourself what this will result in. It brings: unnecessary tension for the utd players, unnecessary pressure on ETH, unnecessary embarrassment to the club Which can affect the performance of the team. Therefore we can call this a SABOTAGE I've always had Messi as my GOAT but held Ronaldo in high regard but that regard has diminished by this action.

ETH doesn't respect him. I see a lot of ppl arguing that he received the captain band, but he had to. ETH had no choice in doing so, because Ronaldo has the dressing room. If he didn't give him the captaincy, players wouldn't understand. This is part of being a coach, you need to manage the players as well. So, no, ETH doesn't respect him.

A colleague of mine told me in 2005 that the Glazers were going to run down the club over the next 10 years and use it to pay off debt. Was he right? I have a lot of respect for this guy, perhaps he was right.

Funny how I feel like a winner now. Because at the beginning everyone was talking crap about him and now everyone is finally on his side. The facilites at the club was bad last season, the coach was a joke too at begining on the previous season, but he wants be upset now we're finally on a decent path (without him)? Essentially, this will have all been very carefully orchestrated to try to force an exit from United, whilst maintaining his legacy and reputation amongst the fans. The former must surely be inevitable at this point, but I'm not so sure about the latter. It would've been more professional to engineer a January exit in private, but maybe he feels like this is his only option.

He may be talking facts but don't think for one minute he is doing it for the love of the fans. On top of that i would be interested to know as sad as it is if when his daughter was unwell if he told the club that before or after he told them he wanted to leave, it may not be right but if they were dubious like he said maybe the timing makes all the difference and also Ten Hag did publicly defend him when questions were being asked about his extra time off regarding this!!

Top reds are horrible sick in the head fans. Attacking a legend off snippets without even hearing the full 90 min interview getting baited by piers snippets to cause controversy and falling for the same media that have been attacking this man for years because he’s an infamous figure that garners so much attention. At least hold your judgements until both parts have been released because if anything he could be potentially saving your club, potentially dropping the stock prices of united and forcing the glazers in a sale. Most, if all footballers don’t expose the truths about their situations or else they won’t get their money as they’ll be in breach of contract. They’re forgetting this mans a billionaire, the most famous man on the planet and commercially as big if not bigger than Manchester United itself. He don’t need their money, he wants and can say how it is because he’s absolutely loaded and when he speaks people listen. I just know bombs are gonna be dropped in this, and a lot of people will regret jumping the gun. I even heard about a lack of compassion towards a sick child when the twin literally died a few months prior. I seen him publicly see a psychologist in Jordan Peterson, a good man who vouches for him and his character. This is deeper than football, it just shows the mentality of people in general and how they don’t think for themselves but see the common consensus on Twitter and pundits on platforms like this and just follow their opinions like sheep. I wish ozil could tell us what really happened at arsenal.
