4 жыл бұрынKingston rockers The Glorious Sons played an intimate acoustic set at the Canadian Consulate in Sydney, Australia on June 5, 2018. In this version of their iconic “Sawed Off Shotgun” I was so taken by Brett’s performance that I lost concentration on the camera frame. My front row view ends up a bit wonky for you all out there. I say enjoy it anyway - these guys are awesome!

Thanks for tuning in. The Glorious Sons are rock-poets for sure! I’ve seen a lot of bands in my line of work and these guys are the real deal + genuine nice guys. Maybe not many watchers on my post as I’m a middle aged public servant who generally posts about knitting and my grandkids! I hope the Sons go far ... and Brett , I look forward to watch his writing grow over his career - he’s such a genuine talent and artist at heart. It’s a tough gig the rock world. Best wishes to them, and to you the fans. Stay safe out there.

This song is surprisingly good acoustic. It’s a great tune and this just proves you don’t need huge amps to bring it when you’re talented. Brett reminds me of the late great Shannon Hoon in appearance and voice.
