CHRIST Life did the Holy Spirit tell you that ? because I have been directed to many things but this Sunday nonsense is man made it’s worshipping-the sun that’s pagan and I urge you not to carry on this practice if you have the Holy Spirit you are in constant living fellowship with Jesus we became living churches the day we received the Holy Spirit and if you worship Sunday you don’t really worship him every day because Passover ended on sabbath day in those days and if you think Sunday is anything but pagan you need to prayer for guidance and look into the history it’s no real problem we don’t agree because it’s about giving our heart and soul to god not about meeting human standards it’s about meeting the standard of the path and if you want to pour your heart out o him on Sunday fine but I won’t be lead to the narrow path by my lord and the Holy Spirit and then walk of the path because a human differs from the divine wisdom I have been blessed everyday since I was reborn in Christ Jesus xx

No I've never been baptized

I don't think that baptism saves you though, so if you're saved i think you should be baptized, but baptism saves no one

Jesus was baptized and He said that was to fulfill all righteousness.

I do want to be baptized though don't get me wrong, because it's a public statement of what I've believed. That Christ took the punishment for me and that I've died to the world and my flesh and now live for the Spirit of God as Noah died to the world and was therefore saved having condemned the world by his Faith, that God would indeed destroy the world for its wickedness and in fact send salvation which is of Faith and not by works, but His works did prove His faith.

And was anyone in the old testament baptized? Or are all those people cast off that trusted that God would send Christ? Also my question would be what of the man on the cross who was next to Jesus? He was not baptized, but rather told Jesus to remember him when He came in His Glory.

Jacqueline Bender Hi. :) I want to share something with you that is very important. Romans chapter 3, in the Bible, says, "For ALL have sinned and COME SHORT of the glory of God." It is not just you that has sinned...we all have and we all do. This was a problem. God needed us to be 100% righteous, and we cannot be. We sin everyday, even if only in our THOUGHTS. But God sees our thoughts, and knows how sinful we are inside and out. One day we will stand before him. No prayers can take away our sins. No prayers can remove sins off of our account. No good things we do can take away our sins and remove them from our account. No good desires can take away our sins and remove them from off our account. There is nothing you can do or say to remove sins from off your account and be forgiven. You don't have that power to save yourself. HOWEVER...GOD loved you SOOOOOOOOO much that he didn't want you to have to stand before him with sins on your account. He didn't want you to have to go to the lake of fire. So God became man and put your sins on HIMSELF...and then he was punished....he was wounded, bruised, whipped, and nailed to a tree, to pay for your sins, so that you could be forgiven FREELY. He died so you would not have to die. He shed his blood for you to wash away ALL your sins, past, present, and future sins. He died and rose again, and did everything necessary to save you. That is all you need. He didn't demand you ask for forgiveness or be sorry. He loved you while you were IN your sin and enjoying your sin. He loves you *_as you are_** .* He didn't wait for you to pray to him or ask him for forgiveness. He made a way to save you BEFORE you asked. Nothing you do can save you. But what Jesus did on the cross for you will save you. Trust in Jesus and what he did for you. REJOICE because salvation has already been purchased for you by the precious blood of Jesus!! You can know you're going to heaven this very day!!! Because salvation is not based on you at all but on what Jesus did!!! Believe in Jesus...and what HE did. Then you are saved. Jacqueline Bender sure one way is believing that Jesus died for your sins and that he rose again but another one is spending time with Jesus, you need to spend that time with him because there is scripture where it says; Jesus we’ve done everything you asked us to do and Jesus will say to you get away from me, I do not know you that’s why that is also is important.

I have no doubt in my heart that you truly believe that there is a god just confused and have many doubts and questions. All believers were like that once until we stopped fighting and cried out to God. I promise you if you really want to find Him He will answer (Matthew 7). I still wonder why but not as much as at first because as the Holy Spirit works in me my faith grows stronger and my confidence in Him as well (2 Corinth 4:16 and Romans 15:13). Search my friend and search some more until He answers. God exists and we did not come from nothing. Everything in this life has a design (your car, your house, your phone, candy, chips, etc.) YOU were also designed (perfectly may I add).
