I get what you mean but also, Olympics is next year so if the selection team thinks someone can’t handle the pressure of worlds, they probably won’t put them on the Olympic team. So doing well on this routine was probably crucial for him to have a chance at the Olympics.

I did competitive gymnastics for 6 years 1. That routine is insane 2. Your heart drops after a fall, you feel like a failure. Getting back up like this takes a lot of courage especially in these circumstances good job man, good job

At nationals this year for archery, I choked in the last 5 targets and shot an 8. But the next 4 I shot 4 12s and beat the reigning champion of 3 years by 12 points. Don’t let one mess up get in ur head. Walk it off and keep pushing

Watching any gymnast fall is heartbreaking to me. Knowing how long they worked the skill to compete it and how many times it has been done clean... it's so heartbreaking to see it messed up in competition. Great job coming back strong!
