Been watching your channel for a few years. In my opinion these Sunday relaxing videos are terrific. Not that your others are bad, cause they are not. I think your videos have improved a great deal. Love this, Dan. Any chance you can put up a spec for the putting green please? I’m guessing you didn’t set up a time lapse on the build, as that would have not been easy. 100% agree on visiting Normandy. When we went to the Bayeux Cemetery my wife broke down in tears…no old men, so many with the same date of passing, and as she pointed out, so many the same age as our son at that time - early 20’s. 😢

Well Dan it was certainly worth the wait that garden is fantastic I’m in envy mate. Just wish I had a garden not a postage stamp lol. Love the look of the takomo irons I have brought the Carly irons which are really nice I do wish I had been able to try the takomo irons before I brought any irons. I also see in this video you are trying out a new putter,I did buy a taylormade spider off of eBay which I used some years ago so I can flip between that and the scotty Newport 2 I use.ive also brought the eleven driver which is a very nice drive,the only pry I have is I can’t really compare any of the clubs between each other. So I really need to find some I can use to check out the difference. Anyway enough about me great video I’m looking forward now to all the short game tips you will be doing. Bring it on lol😅

Loved the *bleep* at the end. My son missed the net with a full send 5 iron toe shank last week. Didn’t hear any glass or shouts of pain but someone will now be wondering why when the closest golf course is 3 miles away is there a beaten up pro v1 in their garden, car, barbecue etc. Always important in this blame /compensation culture we live to make sure your golf insurance is up to date. Potential for a video brought to you by ………………? other golf insurers are available. Putting area looks great. I can’t imagine hoovering rather than cutting the grass but I guess it’s a common sight now.

Boy oh boy hasn't the summer growth done wonders to the Churston golf course - it's so lush and green and the putting greens look really good. Not to mention the backyard a really great place to get some practise done when you only have a little spare time 'just before tea' etc. Well done now let's see it transition to the golf course.

Nice to see it all done looks amazing Dan. It would be great to see some of the putting aids that are out there. I feel that on the whole the putter and putting are not explored to their full potential on youtube after all the putter is the most used club in the bag it's no good hitting a 350 yard drive if you keep missing the 6 footers. Great video, love the last shot! 😂😂😂 Garden is looking good, not jealous at all!!! We are getting our garden done this week and having some artificial grass put in so I will be able to practice my chipping from the rough 😀 couldn't talk her into a putting green though! Golf is coming together nicely, shot a 7 over 78 yesterday inc 3 x 3 putts!! Still, best round of the year so far 😊

Great video ,try the kbs c taper 115 lite x flex shafts ,loverly feel ,stable and not overly stiff ,I really like them .That garden looks fantastic Dan you should be really proud of it .maybe do a video on putters from 50 odd years ago and beyond to the latest versions and see how things have progressed or maybe not progressed as much ,that would be interesting.

I know you don’t want to get a load of fittings but you should really try a fitting with Orka golf! Their blades are to die for and the RS10CB irons and OD wedges have been game changing for me after 30 years as a Ping player!

I’ve also done Omaha beach, very humbling trying to run at the gun position from the sea in shorts rather than full military kit, those guys were beyond brave. We also played Omaha beach golf course, there was a 9 ball in front of us, when we got in, i enquired if this was normal, answer, “yes, when there is our monthly medal we play together”😂😂😂
