Each week night, THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN throws the ultimate late night after party with a mix of celebrity guests, edgy musical acts, games and sketches. Corden differentiates his show by offering viewers a peek behind-the-scenes into the green room, bringing all of his guests out at once and lending his musical and acting talents to various sketches. Additionally, bandleader Reggie Watts and the house band provide original, improvised music throughout the show. Since Corden took the reigns as host in March 2015, he has quickly become known for generating buzzworthy viral videos, such as Carpool Karaoke."

Then you obviously haven't watched any of the Chris Harris segements, which are honestly better than anything ever done on old Top Gear. People are just biased because they got used to these three for 20 seasons, but forget how HORRIBLE they were in the first few seasons. Last season of Top gear was infinitely better than the first season with May, Clarkson and Hammond.

+derbigpr500 it really wasn't, as Chris Evans had about as much charisma as a plank of wood, plus the new series had a much bigger budget possibly to make up for the fact that Evans was incredibly annoying! Plus Le Blanc could've been great but just didn't suit they through together a ton of presenters to do a job that only took 3 people! Quality not quantity!

They're funny because they DO hosts late night shows from time to time. Well.. At least was guest host. Clarkson was a guest host for Have I Got News for You while Hammond and James hosted more of factual but some times hilarious shows like how Hammond hosted Brainiac and May hosted James May's Cars For The People series.

That's what people can't understand. It HAS to be scripted. Sometimes they have to do things over and over to get all of film for the show. There has to be things set up ahead of time, but you can tell when they're not on script- they're hilarious, and you can tell they're mates. What these 3 have is a chemistry that can't be replicated. That's just fact.

Can't buy it, but you can certainly build it up. Look back on the second series of Top Gear, and you'll find that the chemistry was completely lacking. It was awkward, and you'd certainly be hardpressed to believe there was actually any chemistry between the three.

I honestly believe that a Top Gear hosted by Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris and Rory Reid (Reed?) would work perfectly fine. Also, I'm with Duckman, this type of "chemistry" we're talking about can totally be built up once you are more comfortable with your colleagues and your environment.

It hink they are all good, but they should've ended Top Gear and started something new, it isn't fair to LeBlanc and the others to try and do something with Top Gear that is so much Clarkson, May and Hammond. It's first season was lived out mostly in obscurity until some religious group made a very public fuss about it. Hadn't it been for that group, a lot of people would never have known about the existence or the trials and tribulations of a mr. Al Bundy. charlie hass I think it will be even better now they don't have the BBC limiting it, they weren't able to do a lot of things cos the BBC are such killjoys. They will have much more freedom now :-) plus they have a way bigger budget I believe so as much as I loved Top Gear, I think this will be better :-)
