Oh, Lee that’s so funny… that thing happened to me too when I was was in high school, I forgot to turn on the stove to cook the rice, when it’s time for us to eat, our rice wasn’t cooked yet… so I can relate to you. Have a great day!

In case others are interested, Trifolium pratense, Trifolium fimbriatum and Trifolium repens are a few edible varieties that come to my mind. Look them up and learn what uses they have, if you like. ☺

Oh, I didn't think of alfalfa! Do you really think so. It doesn't look like the alfalfa that grows in my area. It looks just like our clover. Do you happen to know the Latin name? I would love to learn more about any alfalfa varieties that grow in China. @@xuanyeap-vz6yt

Delightful video thank you. Even Mummies can forget to press the button sometimes 😂. We use the dried or fresh flowers from Clover to make tea, they have medicinal qualities. Very heartwarming to hear RanRan learning about her past from Grandma. Still loving the new music choices.💚

我们小时候就是普通的蔬菜常常吃，我们在上海，叫草头，后来我成家了，也没注意这菜了，不知什么时候这菜消失了，来美国20多年了，美国是没有草头的，以前我亲戚回去时说过，还真没有，记得我妈炒草头时洒上白酒，说这样炒出来会不那么老。

That looks like what we call sour grass. It grows wild here ( U.S). It has a citrus taste to it. I love to eat it raw!

In our country, clover was planted to feed the cows, I didn't know it was edible.

Not all varieties but yes. Trifolium pratense, Trifolium fimbriatum and Trifolium repens are the ones that come to mind. Just make sure it's fresh, clean and not from the side of a road. Like many dark green veg, it is best to at least blanch it a little to neutralize some natural chemicals in them. Also, if you are on blood thinners or HRT, you may want to consult a doctor since they can aid with that. Like anything you eat, do some research and find out the pros and cons or any potential medicine that may be present in your plants. I like to make tea with the dried flowers. ☺
