I was a bit disappointed that Justice League joined the cliche of making the god of death evil. Hades wasn’t a villain in the myths. He was quite compassionate compared to his brothers Zeus and Poseidon.

Greek here, Hades is the god of the underworld, the deities of death are Thanatos(peaceful death) and the Keres(violent death).

DC has done Hades dirty in here. I get that they need clear villains and good guys but i would very much like to see something more nuanced.
