There's a pretty good long video by Klaige explaining the weaknesses of Fuujin in a vacuum. To sum it up, Fuujin is more of a knowledge check than it is a proper mixup. If the opponent knows the counters for every option, Anji might as well only go for the low S followup because EVERY other option just results in a loss for Anji. Even not using the followups is bad because there's a clear tell when the followups can't be used (it's when the green swirls disappear) and Fuujin is -16 on block. For those who say the P followup leaves Anji +4 block, Anji's buttons like 5K, 2D, or 5S are either two slow to enforce pressure or don't reach far enough without proper spacing of Fuujin. And the K followup (hop)? It leaves Anji at -12 at best. The opponent can just cS for a full combo or throw if they can't react that quickly and win every time.

Anji is a beefcake when it comes to his guts, anji is all about taking advantage of peoples bad habits. And you can instantly make people develop bad habits because his health bar is so THICC so as long as you're willing to change it up each time, you can do it (said as an anji player)

I actually know a reset combo for mewtwo from Pokken Tournament. It's jYX (air jab, dive kick), 5YY(double jab), 4AY (command grab, throws into the air, starts one frame late.), then go into 2XX - 2AAA auto or slashes. Doesn't combo with burst attack.

Honestly I'm playing him kinda this way. As a counterhit and reset MONSTER. Yeah the overhead is slow but if you learn to condition and bait, his ability to fish counters and slap people is so much fun

Some can just punish f.S. with super, try setting Gio to super and do f.S. There's absolutely nothing anji can do if he accidentally f.S. at any point in time. Leo can also punish f.S. with his DP unless Anji spins. Anji mains literally hope that the f.S. is removed or moved to a command normal to avoid accidentally using it ever.

Guard point is bugged and is not punishing jumping attacks, since the enemy is airborne, anji can't throw, but the enemy will be able to throw before anji can use any normal. Im just hoping that's a bug and not a feature.

I would like to point out that there is a string to make dps whiff. I have extensively tested this and even leo's flash kick will whiff if done correctly: C.s > 5h > fuujin > sweep This is something that *must* be spaced however and you *cannot* leave a gap anywhere in this string or they'll be able to dp. The trick is to make sure not to start C.s directly on top of your opponent. If your opponent does dp you can get a full punish from the whiff.
