The ranked tournament was utterly insane, I was in awe at the quality of the event, I could have easily believed that there was a 30 person team behind the whole thing but you were SIX???? SIX PEOPLE??????? utterly incredible

I have an idea for a great live minecraft speed run tournament. Two players play the same seed at the same time in their own game. You can watch both at the same time with two narrators explaining everything live. Then the winner gets three points for winning with bonus ratings for entertaining strategies that are used in case of two players having the same ammount of points. In the end eight playere proceed to the semifinals and finals, which are knockout games in the same style.

7:59 i love that the players use bosnian of all languages Thats so random Also question but are both runners playing in the same world or is it 2 different worlds with same seed?

different worlds obviously. And Bosnian isn't random it's because you can find items to craft for tab craft faster, and it can matter at this top level of Speedrunning, every millisecond matters!

Sorry but like this event and Minecraft Speedrunning in general got *waaay too based 💪* and anyone who doesn't agree is objectively a loser! P.S: Lowkey's lava portal looks like a TAS wtf are these mechanics 😱 especially the gravel part I'm extremely surprised Silver didn't save himself with a pearl at the end though... EDIT: didn't see the health after the dragon hit him off so makes sense

He wouldn't have enough health to one cycle the dragon. It is crazy how he managed to think through it, consider his health, pearl damage and hunger and make a decision so fast

@@dvxv4016 yeah I noticed later I didn't see how much damage the dragon delt while sending him off. Though, now that I learned zero, I would have setup for 99 here I'm not really sure what's going through your mind to try and setup for 103 when it's a back dragon AND your pearl doesn't land perfectly on top of the tower. You can even setup at tower height and just do the bed tower one block shorter.

Definitely not, at least not in rsg. Playing ranked in a tourney is different. You're forced to plah seeds you'd normally instantly reset. In rsg, where nowadays you only play bt, doog's times are more consistent
