Just so you know, John Haack has surpassed Hafthor Bjornsson's benchpress by 22.5kg and deadlift by 16kg in raw powerlifting, at about half the bodyweight. Although Hafthor beat his squat by 75kg.

you can tell he is tired. He blinks slow and can tell is drained. Even talking is like tiring. I can't imagine 20lbs+ more he needs to go. All i have to say is there is no one like Larry. I remember watching his humble beginnings in that gym with the "quick pull" and slamming the belt to now 3 million followers. He has done Powerlifting, strong man, bodybuilding, Arm Wrestling and was competitive and a threat in each one ( we knew he was tops in power lifting but the others he never did) Who else is or could do it with the success he has had? Really good , low key chill video . Reminiscing of old times and talking about the past and current.

I have a powerlifting meet coming up in July 20. I want to do 242 class but I’m 247.5. How would I cut 6 pounds without getting hurt??? last year I took diuretics my first squad attempt I pulled both of my quad muscles. Would I cut Water out slowly? A week before? Any help. Thanks
