I even wrote his name down so I wouldn't forget. Mario Frangoulis captivated me with his voice, especially with his song Naturaleza Muerta [Dead Nature], the story of Ana and Miguel, beautiful lyrics, and powerful voice! I heard this version 17 years ago! And still love it!

I love it, fabulous song sung by fabulous voices. I first heard Frangoulis singing Carpe Diem with Sarah Brightman. I fell in love with his voice and he does a great job here as well. When Sarah and Celine tap you to sing with them, you know you have arrived. Next it will be Midler and Streisand ringing you up. :)

The one thing I love about Mario is his ability to take a lyric and interpret it - not sing it like so many do - but to feel it, with heart and emotion. This is a beautiful blend of two great voices (although for me, his is the one I focus on because of its depth and passion.) Thanks for sharing! Once again, this IS a duet. It was intentionally recorded and was planned on being on Mario's album, but it never made it. They took Celine's vocal from her solo recording and he recorded over it. Same concept as the duet version of Whenever You Call by Mariah and Brian McKnight.
