No, Thorne was still alive the last time we saw her so there's no reason to think the character is dead.(Although I have no idea how she survived the explosion & gas) Finally, YES I have got to see Rick & Morgan together on my screen. Oh and I would love to see more of Okafor on Tales and I was terrified that Michonne was going to sacrifice herself at the end.

Twitter thread going around about both the gas bomb and the grenade. It actually made sense how they survived. The grenade thing made sense on first watch for me and that never happens. In so many movies they have shown one body protecting others and Rick had 3.5 bodies protecting him from the blast 😂

Idk. I think this fandom is weird and divided on so many things. There’s not many things that fans seem to agree on. Despite the diverse and inclusive casting there’s a lot of bigots in the fandom. The hatred toward kids for no real reason is baffling and disturbing. There were people who hated how Rick was portrayed in TOWL even though he was totally in character and acting the same way he always does. People actively trying to manifest Michonne’s death 😒. Some people wanted the romance, some didn’t. There’s a lot of over the top speculation about plot lines and plot holes as well. It’s so tiring. I joined Reddit because I wanted to engage with other TWD fans but as of now I just want to leave because it’s gotten repetitive, immature as well as plain old toxic. That said I don’t think TOWL is perfect and I have my issues with it but I will not throw the baby out with the bath water because this spinoff had a lot of great things going for it as well. I don’t want to end up hating something I love because of all this weirdness.
