This should be better explained in the novels but the Anime hardly mentions it so I'll take a chance on explaining it. The world Momonga comes from is a dystopian future where pollution ruined the entire planet and one has to put on a special suit to get out and breathe, which is why virtual technology is so advanced. In that future there are no longer people who have seen the sky clear of black clouds or vegetation. They have a kind of greenhouse garden to generate oxygen, but nothing else. Momonga's player friend with the nickname Blue Planet was a nature-loving person who had read many historical records from the past and became obsessed with the idea of recreating the natural world that no longer existed. His masterpiece was the sky of the 4th floor of Nazarick, which is actually underground, but it looks like the outside because Blue Planet programmed it that way.

Fun fact: Overlord went on with it's potential as an anime still unrecognized until season 2, season 3, and season 4 came out years later, and now a movie is soon to release in probably around 2024-2025.

Good job actually catching the detail about Mare and Aura and the implications of their creator, Bukubukuchagama(means "bubbling teapot") having a kink for crossdressing. She and her brother, Peroronchino(Shalltear's creator) are weird like that despite her not being as outgoing about it compared to her brother. Incidentally her brother filled Shalltear's bio with practically every kink he has and could think off hence why she's like that.

Momonga (MC) is from a dystopian future where the city is Cyberpunk and the sky is Fallout 4. So their only escape is Full Dive into something like VRChat or Ready Player One. Yggdrasil is one of many games like SAO. Now the whole "Tomb of Nazarick" form the game Yggdrasil got Isekai'ed in a new word (not Yggdrasil) along with MC therefore the NPC became real. MC from Earth -> Yggdrasil -> Isekai NPC from Yggdrasil -> Isekai MC Guild Members that logout from Yggdrasil -> Earth (didn't get isekai)

karma ratings go from -500 to 500 i believe... but yes Sebas is like one of the 4/5 good aligned or for short... positive karma NPC´s.. alongside the dog maid Pestonia and Rubedo .. if there are others i dont currently remember.. just those 3 :D

Something to think about when watching this series I have a theory that Momonga (the game character) and whatever the persons name is who got isekaid into momonga are separate entities in the same body. Hence why you’ll see some scenes where momonga will speak and act like a leader perfectly but then the human thinking voice will chalk it up to him being lucky, a coincidence or good at acting when it’s actually the leader momonga actually doing what he can do. So far I can only say that this is proven by the character momonga getting its own distinct voice whereas in the game, the human voice was its main voice. Summary: momonga Is both the human isekaid and the character from the game come to life in the same body

There were players before him in this world as every 100 years for that world players will appear who were online when the game end but the number is probably base on range of the one taken or the guild and I have no idea if they will ever explain in the anime but the dragon lord king believed the game was a dying universe and seeing the world powerful weapons he wanted them so he did a ritual to take them but instead of having the weapon infront of him the players came to the world and those weapons if they owned them were with them. Also one member of the guild was killed by the evil business that ruled their world in their real life because that person found out a secret of the business groups.

So Mare and Aura's creator was into a japanese crossdressing style called Otokonko (literal :male daughter) descended from Onnagata the Kabuki Theater (and its all female sister the Takarazuka Revue that Sakura Wars is based on) tradition of only having male actors so a male actor had to play as female roles (and vice verse in the TR)

Something y need to know and it's not a spoiler, The black aura coming out of him is a skill that inflect fear in other characters/mpc's Normally it wouldn't work on the guardian considering how strong they are as lvl 100 But the staff can multiply his stats at the point it started to affect them

i highly doubt just him having the staff would do very much... after all... that staff he is holding might even be a fake one since "The Staff of Ainz Ooal Gown" is the item that actually makes or breaks the Guild itself... should that staff be destroyed ... the guild and all its inhabitants (buildings included) would be ERASED / DELETED... now this is quite drastic but its what would happen in YGGDRASIL... who knows what could happen in the "New World".. but i am sure Ainz aint finding that out... the guardians and Ainz are all lvl 100... his Fear Aura .. even maxed... would do very little in terms of actually make a mental impact on them...Besides.. they are completly devoted to Ainz so why fear him?... it was merely aesthetics ... also the real staff wouldnt Multiply stats at all.. might boost stats (like +2 +3 on all stats) but no actual Multiplication... at least on Ainz... on a lvl 1 it might actually multiply something.. but i highly doubt that that staff can be wielded by anyone other than lvl100... also stats wise.. Shalltear and Gargantua beat Ainz.. even with his ridiculous 120(?) MP stat... (Stats max out at 100 btw) ... Gargantua is the strongest Guardian only STAT WISE tho .. he is a golem so he is ... lets say stupid... that is why people just activate him so they themselves can use Gargantua and wreak havoc with him :D

ya the floor guardians take traits once they turned real from their makers, which fuels MC drive to protect and be the Ruler they think he is. Shalltear is Bi and has a strong Necrophil kink which why MC the one she loves over all, he clean, dead and powerful, checks all her boxes lol.
