For me, he's the most innovative, honest, clever, brilliant young artist out there these days. Gives me some strong Ian Curtis vibes in terms of emotional delivery. But above all, I really hope he's doing and feeling well now, and thank him for his truly inspiring art.

There’s just something so compelling with how he performs, you can see it in BCNR too. He gets so into it. And as a comment above mentioned, his words are off-putting and probably the truth. Couldn’t ask for a better front man.

I had no idea this song was by Isaac Wood, but now it makes sense why I had such an obsession with this it for the past couple of months. I found "Themes from Failure" on Spotify and it has been on repeat. I was drawn to the raw, self-pitying, and at times, witty lyrics that now seem unmistakably Isaac Wood.

I think he did a couple as the guest. Not many though.

he might’ve been talking about Nervous Conditions, their previous band, basically BCNR without Luke and with two other members instead

I don't like that many compare him to other people, I've seen this gesture in many videos.. I don't think it's right.. look him in the face and tell me how dare you

I’m with you on the lazy comparisons. It may serve some small purpose in conjuring up an image to someone who is not able to watch for themselves. I’ve looked into the eyes of Isaac, Ian and David irl (the main three) and would never conflate them into one. Left field genii. Unique.
