1. Mateus Asato (Best all around IMO..) 2. Matteo Mancuso ( Brilliant technically and speed/accuracy off the chart) 3. Nuno Bettencourt (because he’s my personal fav)

Max Ostro is the guitarist for my ears but Guthrie is probably the best choice for fighting aliens.

I love to listen to (amongst others) guys like Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Eric Johnson, Guthrie Govan, Ingwie Malmsteen and John Petrucci, but my vote would definately go to Matteo Mancuso, with Brian May and Steve Lukather to back him up.
