Hope they let you come back and take the Cannon for a real offroad run. So we can see it in action on the hills and bumpy roads. So we can see the 4x4 action that it comes with.

No heated or cooling seats at that price is a let down. Yes I understand it's a off-road vehicle but it should have it. Great video as always

Nice looking offroader, especially the interior but waaay too expensive for what it is. Already seeing some surface rust forming on the suspension components from the closeup shots, so thats says a lot already.

But what about air bags ? I heard all about the click on the AC dial and all sorts of stuff on the dash but what about the basic safety features tgat would help you at the moment of an accident (rsther than before, I heard all about the accident prevention features)?

He goes into detail the safety features and 'equipment' @ the 6:41 mark, "7 airbags, lane keeping assist" etc. Or did you have something else in mind?

Its named Tank cause not only does it weigh as much, but has the same gas milage with that gas engine

Is the transmission a torque converter automatic or a dual clutch system?

The Z7 transmissions are mostly DCT so i think it's leaning more toward DCT. But it could also be a TC. I will confirm and get back to this comment.

You need to check your facts. The Tank 300 started selling in July 2020. Almost a year later the Ford Bronco started selling in June 2021. So your statement that it was unfortunate that the Tank’s front headlight design ‘looks like the Ford Bronco’ is wrong. It’s the other way round, mate.

Actually, the new bronco was revealed in 2019, so his statement was not wrong. It started selling in 2021.

This is the car you get if you want a offroader but dont want the courseness and hard edges of a Jimny and dont have G Wagen money. p. s. On the slight lift off and braking, i wouldnt put much stock in it. I know the report youre referencing and I will say that alot Australian auto journos have a very, snobbish quite frankly, attitude towards vehicles, the things that really bother them, to average consumer in developing markets is not even a issue. This braking thing is something that only happened when one guy did it and another curmudgeon with a very loud megaphone just keeps repeating it without having driven the car himself. This hasnt been verified on other tests and its also worth noting that its really a Australia issue as the speeds you would have to be going for that to happen arent legally achievable in developing countries.

I think that I know which Australian auto journalist that you're talking about. Yes, he's very loud and obnoxious with his reviews. He's of the ilk which are still decrying the death of the Australian auto industry and always bashing non-European car brands.
