Ladies, you are not alone, l was tearing up too, n l am sure many more. Dima is such a kind soul, who think of others' kindness n charity towards him(neighbors). Because he believes in GOD N THEOTOKOS. What a blessing! What goes around, comes around. I do it all the time when I'm just going downstairs to the laundry or to check my mailbox. It just depends on the neighborhood. Dima is making such great progress. I'm not crying, you're crying!! She studied in medical school. She’s the head pharmacist at a pharmacy, but she still struggles. In the U.S. she would be living quite comfortably with that type of job. It’s sad to see the struggles of people, but encouraging to see kind people helping others in need. Kudos to you my friend.

I've seen many many stories in my somewhat longish life. Some good & some bad. I literally don't remember that last time a story brought me to such tears of joy and hope in humanity. This story reinforces my belief that as long as people are offered kindness, dignity and respect they will rise up & offer it in return no matter were in the world. I like that he is thinking about the future. He is going in the right direction planning to buy a trailer and some land. You can never go wrong investing in real estate. What a woman, the world would be a better place with more people like her. Dima did the right thing by .saying thank you to her. And you Sergi did the right thing by giving her new windows.
