To see a man overcome all adversary and not only stick to a dream and follow that dream at any cost he had been through so much and for him to move to another state and make a new start is a real fairy tale I know he made silly mistakes but he did his time and did the right thing when he got out and his missus is a rock and without her im sure he would not have made it her support and love gave him an inner belief and then we talk about debuting on the biggest day in football and he not only played a good game that blind turn in the second quarter was simply amazing and I believe it lifted the tigers his spiritually gave the tigers great drive and it was simply the best thing I've ever witnessed on Grand final day and then when dusty kicked the ball back to him and he went back and nailed it go you good thing best thing ever. Im sure jesses brother would have been so proud of what marlion pickett had achieved esp on the biggest day ever. Thank you Richmond for giving marlion a chance to prove himself as a role model and live the dream. Magical marlion pickett 2 time premiership player.

i love marlon and i love his story, but i think the director/producer of this butchered this video a bit. The timeline jumps too much and the insight doesnt go in depth enough on somebody getting their first game in a grand final. Dedicate 45 seconds of this video to a debutant being in a grand final instead of just a throwaway comment. Nevertheless Picketts story and especially his showing in the GF was legendary and i'm a huge fan of the dude. Just wish his sash was red ;)
