It is official the new "BEETS" are out!
I can't believe how realistic this one turned out to be; creating an illusion with tasty soft cake components is always challenging.
It's composed with a fresh raspberry mousse, a soft raspberry and yuzu compote, a crunchy red sable, a raspberry cremeux and a beet sponge.
