It's a daunting process. I think each of us may be headed to the same destination, but are at different places along their individual journeys: This contributes to conflict, disharmony, sadness and pain.

I don't know why "religious" people would always negate anything that isn't in their God-headed-world design. But God is way more that you think. And yes, He's present in each person. And yes, He guides everyone by inside their hearts. And yes, He talks lovingly. May He bless you.

There's evidence that you'll see for yourself if you try meditating everyday. I'd say you'll probably notice life improving after a few weeks of meditating 30 min a day ♡ meditation is the key that opens the doors in the mind. I wish you love and light.
