In this video we discuss how to use a basic supply and demand graph for silver and gold. We see that when demand rises the price tends to go up. Conversely when the demand for silver or gold falls the price also falls. For the supply side we notice that holders of gold/silver and miners will work harder and be more likely to sell when they notice higher prices for their metals. The important thing to consider when using a supply and demand chart is that many factors often are changing supply and demand at the same time. You can't ONLY rely on these graphs to inform your investment decisions but they can help you base your investments on a more level headed approach. Whenever you take the time to do some analysis for yourself you make yourself less likely to be persuaded by doom and gloomers. Your investments and finances almost always will benefit from this more logical and calm approach to investing.
