When I watched this film for the time I didn't really understand it fully. I was too young and my knowledge of English was limited. But I felt it. Felt every scene and somehow understood it.

Afro Samurai No. He's way to cool to be a hipster. He was a hipster *before* it was cool. He burnt his mouth because he drank his coffee before it was cool. He once contemplated suicide, and he almost succeeded by drowning himself in the main stream. What I'm saying is this (this and an excuse to tell some awful hipster-related jokes). This guy is on a level of cool mere mortals like us cannot and will never be able to contemplate. By this point he is basically God. Don't try to bring him down, man. Just accept his omnipotent coolness.

I prefer what you did in this video: extensive analysis while leaving most of the jokes to the pre-analysis. That way we get to understand better what you are really trying to get across

First of all Penny Lane is 16 and Russell is an adult, and everyone seems fine with that. Second of all, it's not the same thing if the genders are reversed because males and females are not the same, not emotionally or physically. Duh.

So, I'm 5 years late to this party. The analysis on this ties together so many threads of this movie. And the analysis is so good, some of the weirdness becomes more entertaining than if it continued. Your odd beginning suckered me into watching a 4 minute analysis of a movie and I cannot wait to watch more of these and learn more about movies.
