Ei. Dr Jan is speaking the truth oo. If only people will admit it. Eyesight and memory actually begin to fall when u engage in too much masturbation and sex. You are not even as sharp as u use to be compared to when u didn't know anything about sex. Sometimes one side of ur body even becomes a bit numb and u even lose symmetry until u start reducing the frequency of sex. Balance in having sex is the only way to engage in sex without getting any negative effects from it.
