Toka Senju was the strongest Senju of all time, at least when it came to physical strength. She live during the Warring States Period of the Naruto series and fought alongside Hashirama and Tobirama. She had encounters with the Uchiha clan, Madara, Izuna, and most importantly Hikaku Uchiha. The man she would eventually fall in love with after the founding of the Leaf Village.
Toka Senju had impressive Taijutsu, Healing Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu. Toka and Tobirama never saw eye to eye, and Hashirama actually found her philosophy to be more suited for a shinobi.

Now that we know that Hikaku is the strongest Uchiha, and Toka is the strongest Senju, the real question is - who is stronger - Hikaku or Toka? They would make an amazing power couple, in any case!

Um actually this is all wrong she was a mutated Hyuga with broken Byakugan who defected to the Senju because Nejineji Hyuga, Nejis grandfather, shot her with a sawed off nerf gun, Kuramas big little sister named Bullshittina said so in the last page of Kishimotos unique copy of the databook, every Naruto fan knows this but don’t ask anybody about it just trust me bro
