I received calls from Indore with a kindly voice offering me easy access to funds so that I could leverage my portfolio 33 fold. They wanted to discuss my investments so I reply that I too wanted to discuss his (the kindly caller) own personal investments. He said he doesn’t discuss his finances with unknown persons. After that there was a silence and he hung up. Needless to say I regard these phone calls the same as poisonous snakes. It’s a dangerous jungle over there. Social media has become a hydra headed monster

Moneylife should open branches or offices in many parts of india and run a marketting excercise ki - "Agar scam yaa fraud hua hai to hum aapke saath hain". I am sure wealthy investors may put a private protection fund to fight cases against scam players.

Very informative and hope people learn lessons before burning their pockets, by frauds which are Registered with our SEBI. SEBI is and always was toothless and unfortunately 👎👎. Atleast the RBI is atlast going after banks , when people lost so much money and RBI had its back to the wall.
