Gigapult is lvl 60. At max potential, he has over 8mil hp.
Formula: Base HP*1/(Resist Talent Orb*Base Foundation*Resistant M+M Combo*Resistant Ability*Weaken)
= 307,200*1/(0.75*0.85*0.6*0.2*0.5)
= 8,031,372 HP
Anyways as usual, details about each stage
Relic Bun-Bun:
Simple one unit solo
Zyclone:
I could've very easily brought another unit however I though soloing it was much cooler. This was rng heavy as I needed good wave and slow procs
Zero Luza:
Metal cat was used to prevent non relic peons from reaching Gigapult. Gigapult did not have enough DPS to beat Zero Luza so I bought Superfeline for extra dmg.
Daboo of the Dead:
I brought Ushiwakamaru to sweep the angels. Everything else is self-explanatory.
Primeval Cyclone:
Superfeline was brought against for extra DPS. Primeval Cyclone was absolutely destroyed.

I seem to have misinterpreted how resistant combos work, which led to me believing that resistant l + defense sm is more effective than resistant m+m. This is the actual highest possible hp Gigapult can achieve here: 307200×(1÷(0.6×0.75×0.85×0.2×0.5) = 8,031,373 I'll change the thumbnail tomorrow

I bought Catseyes at the User Rank up for so long just SALIVATING over this unit. Relic enemies were kicking my butt because I didn't have any major specialists for them (until I got Uril). But now I just plop this beautiful bastard down and presto! The damage is reduced AND they get pulverized by heavy hitting blasts! And seeing you beat Luza with only that guy and some meatshields is VERY encouraging as I approach the end of UL.

Do keep in mind though that this was all done with optimal cat combos as well as a max base foundation to reduce enemy damage even further. While he will certainly be a huge help for Luza along with the UL true forms, you likely won't get this good of a performance out of him. Without any external buffs, he has 2.4 mil hp to relics, which is still a lot, but it's a far cry from the 6.1 mil hp he had in the video. In any case, good luck.

Gigapult basically doesnt even have a blindspot, since there are incredibly few enemies that have less than 100 range (except zombies burrowing in), and so he basically just has 400 range with omni piercing to 700!!!! Range!! Which is very busted with the guaranteed weaken.

1÷(0.8×0.8) = 1.56 1÷(0.7*0.9) = 1.59 I'm pretty sure you are calculating it wrong. Resistant l and defense sm has a larger multiplier.

⁠⁠@@Euan_MaWait, I thought Resist combos are additive not multiplicative? At least, that's what I got from the comment I made on the Li'l Gau Gau video. The formula you gave then was 1/(Resist Combo*Resist ability) and the values you gave were 1/(0.6*0.2). So I assumed Resist combo percentages were calculated as 1 - %, so 2 M would be 1 - 0.2 - 0.2 = 0.6 which you then multiply with 0.2.

Basically all the multipliers for hp in tbc is in a decimal value between 0-1. If the wiki says base foundation gives 15% more hp, it actually means enemies do 85% damage. However, most people prefer to calculate effective unit hp instead of enemy dmg, so they convert it by dividing the multiplier by one, and then multiplying it with the unit's base hp. You can have multiple multipliers which sometimes confuses people. I can assure you I did the same calculation for crystal gau gau here. The only difference is a talent orb and different combos.

We are going to solve this with tests, go to stage: an ancient curse (1 crown) and use the second form of primordial cat, that is, modern cat, he is affected by resistance combos. Resistance combo and orb affect the ability, foundation and defense combos affect the base hp. I came to the conclusion that the best effect for gigapult is a defense M combo (+20% hp, or hp x1.2), and a resistance M combo (+20% to the effect, or effect x1.2) with a orb S (damage -25%, or, effect/.75) and foundation (damage -15%, or, hp/.85). First the resistance, which is affected by the combo and orb (.2/.75*1.2) or (5*1.2/.75), both resulting in 8, which is the multiplier that gives the resistance with an orb and a combo. Then the hp, which is the base hp, and is affected by the defense and foundation combo (HP*1.2/.85), which would be 307,200*1.2 / .85 = 433,194 base hp. Then that base hp is multiplied by the resistance effect, and then x2 (by the weaken) resulting in 433,194 * 8 = 3,469,553 * 2 = 6,939,106. Somewhat far from 8m, but the difference is in how the orbs, the foundation, and the combos interact. With resistance combo M+M (+40% effect, or effect *1.4), te total hp would be 6,746,353, a bit less.

I think you kinda misinterrept how DEF/Resistant Up Cat combo works. It doesn't reduce enemy DMG, but rather raises the unit final HP. There is big difference between (1 / 0.9) and (1 * 1.1) To spread it out one by one: - Base HP with full HP Up = 307,200 - Resistant effect with full treasure = 307,200 * 5 = 1,536,000 - Resistant Up Large = 1,536,000 * 1.3 = 1,996,800 - Defense Up Small = 1,996,800 * 1.1 = 2,196,480 - Weaken Effect = 2,196,480 / 0.5 = 4,392,960 - Resistant Orb Grade S = 4,392,960 / 0.75 = 5,857,280 - Foundation Lv 20 = 5,857,280 / 0.85 = 6,890,917.647058824 = 6,890,917 (game actually rounds down decimal) The final number is slightly lower than your calculation. But 6.9 million is still dummy thicc

I was able to recreate what this BCJP youtuber did despite the translation which was 556800×1÷(0.85×0.6×0.2×0.75) = 7278431.3725490 hp for Gameron. I assumed it rounded up because that's what it does for units with less than 1 hp.

@@Euan_Ma ah, it seems it was me who were in the wrong. It was embarrassing after all the big talk. Resistant combo indeed works as reducing DMG further than buffing your HP stats. So dividing by 0.7 is the correct formula. I guess other than the Defense combo (who still should use 1*1.1 over 1/0.9), your calculation is very accurate

@@enesutku16384 Both elemental duelist and kasa jiso disintegrated when courier showed up. Imagine you have one anti zombie unit, like muu. Then, suddenly, some 4th form shows up and devalues it. Muu and Catapult are both from the SAME set too.

The only situtation that I agree with you is Courier-behemoth meta, other than that adding OP ubers or talents/forms in the game isn't a bad thing. It makes it more fun. For example you can still use kasa jizo to destroy SoL or you can use courier to also destroy SoL. I would be mad only if they will add enemies that require spesific units with an extreme necessarity, but that didn't happen with ubers all until now, you can still destroy relics with UL Legends if you don't have Siege, you can still destroy zombies with Muu or non uber options etc. (Muu still has batshit insane dps so I wouldn't say Siege is a faster Muu with weaken either) Ubers are in the game to make the game easier, you shouldn't feel annoyed about OP true forms imo
