I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Australia. How's everything going on?

Psychedelics are the reason why i didn’t take my life when i was at my end. I was stripped of my ego and saw the beauty of life and interconnectivity and even though i still battle anxiety and depression, I’m doing better everyday and will never think in such a self destructive way again.

LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."

I'm 24 and have had a drinking and weed problem since I was 20 and nicotine since 22 I believe. My older brother whos 30 now tried weed at fuckin 9 years old, then became a regular user at 11, then nicotine and drinking I'm sure soon after. I REALLY want to stop everything and Steve-o is a huge inspiration, but it's still soooo fuckin hard. We've all got this in the end, whether it takes months or years to do so.

Two years ago they had me so high after surgery, I tried escaping the hospital with my IV stand and nothing but a gown on. 😆 Made it to the front doors from my room on the 7th floor, when security at the door nabbed me. And I don't remember any of it. One of the doctors even showed me security footage of my "attempted escape" taken by the security cameras, for a laugh. 🤣
