About two weeks ago now, I was riding the high of seeing multiple epic tornadoes across the country as the absolutely mental year of 2024 continued. But, with the highs of storm chasing also come the lows. On the night of June 15th I was on my way to my hotel, when a deer jumped out at me at 70mph in Missouri and impacting my vehicle deploying all airbags. While, I was fine. My car was deemed a total loss.
But, that didn't stop me from continuing the chase as we jumped into my friends vehicle, made the haul to Nebraska and documented multiple tornadoes from extremely close range. This is a wild journey through it all.
