Would love to know who's talking to whom. I recognize the very young Frank Luber from WJZ-TV as well Mayor (later Governor) Don Schaefer. This is clearly a news soundbite edit and the reporting is missing. Sadly, most of the story is missing. Thanks for sharing just the same. If you get a chance, watch Barry Levinson film "Liberty Heights". Fun little Baltimore story.

Hello, thank you for posting. There was a video on here about a year ago that was a news program about the bock from the late 80s. It had a part 1 and a part 2 to it, but its no longer on your channel. Any chance you can put it back up?

@@BaltimoreHistoryChannel410 I wish I could remember. It may have been "On the block". It was interviews and random street scenes (with and without sound) from the late 80s, maybe up to 1990. It was on youtube maybe a year ago on your channel. The song "Hungry Eyes" from Dirty Dancing was playing while the camera was recording in front of Crystal Showbar part way through the video. Not sure why I remember that.
