Democrats have been failing us for many many years now, and we continue to vote them in!. This would explain why the city has gotten worse, and not better 😔. I’m starting to believe a lot of ppl don’t want to see or help their city change 😑.

I know guys that were making 20 to 30 grand a day selling heroin and coke. Some would come out at 5 am.to serve the working man. Their work day if you want to call it that would end somewhere around noon or shortly after and they would have at least 10g's. If you had a crew slinging for you with a security force you could do 30 thousand plus every day if your product was respectable. I was a faithfull customer for 14 years and always held a job. I was a functioning addict. I made good money as a union employed pipefitter and welder. I thought 12 or 15 hundred a week was good money until I saw first hand the money involved in the heroin hussle. Gov. Officals and police were on the payrolls of these high roller dealers too. Inside info and pertection and eliminating competition was part of the menu. The dirty cops were the worst because they would threaten or intimidate you if you didn't follow the program. They used them high earning dealers for their extra income. They would use surveillance and then when they were positive you were a whale, then they would move on you. At first they would make it seem like they were doing you a huge favor for not busting you just to make you feel like you owed them something. Witch truely worked in their favor, but then after a short time they wouldn't be as neighborly, they would be demanding and threatening. They mostly were the undercover drug squad guys. Knockers we always called them. Why???? Because the way they all had that same loud and distinctive knock at your door followed by "POLICE" or BALTIMORE POLICE DEPT!!!! Open the "F'n" door asshole!!!! Shout out to Rome Rome, Rod, Cheese, Sharelle & Butchy & their sweet daughter Nijha Johnson who may not remember Mr. Stan because its been 20 yrs. I truly hope everyone is still above ground. I know we lost a good few back in the day. The 80's and early 90's were off the chain. Cruise'n out through Dundalk with Fat Cheese. Hack'n and Cop'n those boyz and girls AKA... Shirleeezz. Give us some Funk shorty. Got any Uggeee??? I wanna get smacked up!! Later peep ul zzz

Excepting handouts from gov. or anywhere else to support and sustain your lifestyle is a losing proposition. You will become satisfied and then dependent on it because you have become lazy mentally and physically. A very, very, small percentage of those people living there tried to persue employment. They talk a good game but don't walk a straight line. They always cry loud about opertunities but truth be known, how many inner city programs and financial support for them to get job training and educational training programs were many. They got enrolled in many of them and immediately found ways to defraud the system for financial gain instead of using it for it's intended purpose. Milked everyone of those programs dry because they knew the next one was right aroumd the corner waiting to be fleeced. I personally know of 5 people that I associated with back in my heroin days that recieved hud, welfare and foodstamps, but also took advantage of these type programs because they got paid extra while they were actively enrolled. They weren't training for no jobs or learning anything to advance their prospects. They would have a brotha or sista in charge sign their weekly forms they turned in to get their extra pay for being active in that particular program. You cannot expect the problem to over see or manage the problem. Police policing themselves is a joke so do you really think that stuff was gonna work out and run smoothly. The lies ran uphill all the way to the top for sake of the cash flow and positive propaganda saying that Oh yeah... these programs are doing magical wonders for these impoverished people!!! Keep them funds a coming, we are performing miracles here!!!

Btw Mayor Schaefer is full of it..He knew all about it. Being a smart politician he decided to play like he was out of the loop. HE probably leaked the story to the Evening Sun..

I can tell you right now The Holmes was bringing in waaay more than 2 stacks a day. If you do the math that ain't nothing in a project building like that. I knew people on Edmondson Ave getting close to 100 stacks so 2 a day in the projects was a lie. 😅😅😅

We lived in Hampden during the 70's. I was just talking to my mom today & she told me about one of the first black families that moved in. They burnt down their house! Burnt it straight down.

I flew into Baltimore in May of this year and never seen so many white addicts blanketing the area. I was standing on the Walgreen lot around 12am and the landscape has changed. It was always and open-air drug corner but not with white stragglers camping out.
