10's of thousands of bags, oh my.

I have been a Fashionphile purchaser for years and have many items. The way I was treated in regards to this item is poor customer service. The item was unboxed next to my matching bag and the item was SO FADED all over the item. I called the store and was told basically it is fine and that is that it is. IT was NEVER mentioned that the item had any FADING, or I would NEVER have purchased it. Your Authentication team person basically said to bad to sad its yours. This is wrong I am reaching out to you to make this issue right. I come to Fashionphile even with our dollar exchange is so high, I still purchase from you, but this is crazy to be treated like this and the item be faded (the whole bag) not a little. Please make this right.
