This is why Boosie was & is my favorite rapper. Bcz I could identify with him & his music. I was a teenage father (14), & I was the only man around in my house & in my girl's house. I tried to work by cutting grass, washing cars, but it wasn't enough. My momma got sick & had a tumor in her head, behind her eye & was in the hospital for a while & after the surgery she was disabled for a long while, bills needed to be paid & our family was trying to help but shid, I had to do something . Now i wasn't a big gangsta, i did street shit but street niggas ain't necessarily gangstas. But the mane nigga I'd listen to was Uncle Boo. My mom got better & started working. She was mad asl at me when someone told her what i had been doing. I tried explaining to her why I had to do what I did. She wasn't listening, she wouldn't take money from me when I tried to give it to her. I'd either have to sneak & stash it in the bottom of her purse (she didn't pay attention to her money much. She never really cared about money. To her money is only for buy what you need & what you want here & there.) Her focus was more on God & her family.
