This is generally my concern about the issue. Trans folks have fought a long battle to be able to live their lives freely. And then outside interlopers start acting a fool and convincing others that trans people want to strip their rights away. Which will backfire if it goes too far, as trans people are like 2% of the population or something? (My number could be way off, but this idiocy will not lead to a positive result.)

Id give it 8.5/10 pretty decent, but i feel like they leaned to heavily into the classic “your a god amongstmen” sterotype in videogames. Maybe im just being picky though.

To me, a 1/10 or lower does not exist. If anyone gives something a 1/10 I just never listen to their opinion again.

@@alpha_9997 bad quality does not mean 1/10. It seems like people view 0 as a "don't like it," and a 10 as a "liked it." Which eliminates all the other numbers. At that point it might as well be a thumbs up or down and the percentage like KZfaq. How many times, even in this video, does somebody praise the game but dislikes one aspect and gives it a 0 or 1. To me, the scale is more of a 0: absolutely unplayable (think OW2 at launch) 5: absolutely average. Not bad, not good. Gets just as much right as wrong. (Callisto Protocol for instance). A game to play if you're bored that will at least keep you occupied. 10: absolute must play masterpiece, everything about It is way beyond the standard. A game that paves the way for the future of the medium (COD4, SM64, Doom). My scale is a bell curve, with basically everything falling between 3-7, because it is extremely rare that a game has absolutely nothing good about it. And it isn't something I can say retroactively because a lot of games don't hold up well, even if they were praised in the past. But as modern examples, aragami 2 is a bad quality game, one I can't judge the story of because I stopped caring halfway through. It started strong, and I did finish playing it. I liked the gameplay and trying to figure out the optimal path through a level. Fallout 76 is a bad quality game but still has a decent story and fun quest lines, and it's just a fun shooter. It's just extremely confusing trying to actually play the game. Yuoni is pretty poor quality imo, but it's unique to my western cultured brain and was fun to experience. The Breakthrough games are poor quality but the underlying core is a fun arcade high score game. But are any of these worthy of a 0 or a 1? To me, no. It's also a thing of just how many parts of a game there are to enjoy. Score, graphics, story, sound design, performance, etc. It would be hard for everything to go wrong. So back to my examples, aragami might be poor quality, but it was like solving a puzzle, so maybe a 4. Keep in mind it's been a while since I played any of these. Fallout 76 would be like a 5-6, the gameplay is good and that's enough for me in that instance. Again, it's confusing to try and get into. Yuoni would also be a 5-6, maybe it would be different if I was more aware of japanese horror games. And the breakthrough games would be a 4, they are games that could've been in the arcades in the 70s. I didn't grow up then so I don't really find those games addicting or more fun than just a few attempts, but every once in a while it's fun to do 30 minutes of whatever high score game, they're all the same. These scores are just off the top of my head (which is about as much thought as anyone else puts into a review). Something I forgot to mention is Madden and the likes that always get 0's despite being principally the same game as it was in 2014. Yes the monetisation sucks, but it's just as fun a sport simulation game as it's always been, not like the rules of football have drastically changed. Point is, the actual number should have more meaning, and is almost never used properly, imo. Rarely do I find a game comes out that actually deserves such low scores. This isn't everything I have to say but sums up well enough. I could go on for hours about this stuff. It should be also be pointed out that this is more of a rough draft without concentration of thoughts or layout TLDR: my scale is different, and imo, has nuance.
