I came from a Christian home and so did my ex. She found someone else a year after our daughter was born. I thought like you all regarding reconciliation and waited patiently for many years while she made my life like hell. I applied forgiveness over and over but looking back 13 years later, it was Gods blessing that I am not married to her. She was not the right woman for me in the first place. I am happy now knowing that I am free of her hold on my life!!

I m going through a similar situation and I pray that God does this for me. My wife asked for divorce today and is leaving me tomorrow. She is the love of my life and I made a mistake. I believe God can repair us but it is hard path for me now . I ask for everyones prayers please.

They were never divorced according to God, thus "remarriage" does not apply in this case. They have always been married in God's eyes so it's a blessing that He reconciled this sacred 1 flesh union marriage bond that is unbreakable by man's laws. Praise God!
