That was a fun video. The mares got a well-deserved shower after their adventure in the water, especially Reintje! And she looked calm and relaxed after her big accomplishment of the day. 😊

Uniek is very shiny! Reintje is very black! They are definitely both hot, hot, hot! We do the same, hose off and just use the scraper when it's super hot! One day you'll stumble on these weird old comments and I hope they bring a smile to know how much joy you rinsing the horses off after a ride (a normal thing) has brought us! Support Yvonne and Follow the Herd! 🐴💙

What a great photo of Faya giving treats to the "ladies". She seems to have a special love for these " gentle giants ". She is learning from her Mom and Yvonne how to be a responsible caregiver. That is one of the best lessons in life whether you are working with animals or people. I love your videos!

Absolutely striking mares, Queen Uniek and her lady, Reintje. They really like that sweat scraper tool. Like a good massage. Faya loves approaching the huge mares, especially Uniek, the larger one, and both love her back. Would be great if children ran the world with their innocence and big ❤ for Mother Nature and all her fantastical creatures.

Such tender loving care everyday for each and every horse. I wish that humans could follow the example that we all see here and grow to be a kinder, more loving population. I know that it won't happen because most people now don't have not even one small soft spot in their heart. I've shared my daily viewing therapy experience with so many I just hope they tune in to all the videos so that they see everything and understand that what they see always has been and always will be the way that things are done at Stall G. Queen Uniek & Princess Reintje really enjoyed their shower, seeing the scraper in slow mo was interesting, the Queen & Reintje looked nice & shiny at the end like gleaming black gems.😍 🥰👑Minze Teije is so cute & it was nice to see Faya. Mommy was in NO mood to have Johnny next to her baby “Stay away from my child, I’m warning you”😠 she’s a very good mom & doesn’t need the older man messing with her son lol😄🌟💜

Yes, it is very hot. In Western USA there are so many fires burning that the sunlight is orange all day. It has been dry and hot all year. Good to get sweat off. Flies love salt. Horses work up sweat easily. I love watching the “Friesian Salon” where the beauties go to get more beautiful. Wonderful video of behind scenes life. I like it. Thank you. Very well with the water hose. My horse JD. Got a little brown in summer. Rip been gone 2 yrs freisian Cross was so wonderful & gentle. We just came out of summer here in NEast USA.

It's justlike going under the sprinkler but it comes to you.I was surprised how much water came off the girls when Yvonne scraped them.Enjoy the hot weather,it will be freezing cold before we know it.

In harness horse racing, we also give them a bath after every training and racing mile. We only had straight scrapers then...Lol

I thought it was soap when the white sweat came off. They looked like they really loved the water over them. That is a neet tool you use to take off the water. Love watching you videos.

Steph M I have some family in Texas & on the few occasions they’ve come to visit in the summer (Yuma AZ) they are NOT used to the heat! My grandma asked me “how in the world do y’all survive this”?😂 When you’ve lived here from the time you were little, you get used to it somewhat but it still gets to you.

That's interesting...her foal starts clacking at her mom. I thought they just did this to other horses, to tell them "I'm a baby, don't hurt me", and not to their mom's 🤔 They look like they really enjoyed their bath. ❤️🌵☀️⛈️🌈☮️🐎

Wonderful. So interesting to learn about the sweating and color of coat relationship. Loved the showers for these two fabulously gorgeous Friesian's.
